 Increase of biofirmness of building materials by means of introduction in their structure modified stuffes

 

Increase of biofirmness of building materials is reached by introduction in their structure fungiside additives. Biocide preparations can be entered into structure of composite materials during manufacturing, by impregnation of finished articles. As the action directed on improvement of technological and operational characteristics of concrete, promoting increase of their biofirmness, modifying of a surface of fillers can be used. For the purpose of increase of biofirmness of concrete we had been carried out researches on giving of  fungicide surfaces quartz contained fillers as core on weight of a component of concrete. Quartz sand was applied two fractions – 0,16-0,315 mm and 0,315-0,63 mm. In quality of fungicide connections considered: potassium permanganate, phenol, copper vitriol. Modifying of a surface of quartz sand was carried out in the beginning by its mixing with the water solutions containing fungicide connections and the subsequent evaporation of such solution and drying of sand. At last stage on a sand surface the film of a certain thickness was formed.

Structures for tests were made equimoved. The quantitative maintenance of a small filler and fungicide additives in the structures, accepted on 100 ìàñ.÷. Cement it is resulted in tab. 1.

Analyzing the received results, it is possible to consider conclusions that modifying of a surface of quartz sand by potassium permanganate and copper vitriol in number of 2,5 and 5 mass parts gives to samples fungus stable properties, and phenol – fungicide. Thus, the spent experiences confirm possibilities of increase of biofirmness of cement composites by introduction in their structures modified fungicide with connections of fillers.
