              ACTIVE LEARNING METHODS of BACHELORS in a

                    NONLINEAR SYSTEM of EDUCATION

 

 In the new socio-economic environment has increased the need for significant changes in the Organization and content of the teaching and educational process in higher educational institutions. Society has to graduate high school, new requirements, leading to the revision of directions of training, determining the development of the personality and creativity of the modern expert. He must have not only the professional competence, but also the ability to innovate freely Orient in their chosen profession.
The credit system is a non-linear system of organization of educational process in which the student has the opportunity to individualize learning sequence. It is aimed at increasing the level of self-education and creative learning based on individualization, sequencing, consistency, that educational trajectory, which takes into account their interests in the labour market in the future.
The success of students in a non-linear learning technologies is impossible without the use of active teaching methods.

Active learning methods are ways to intensify training and learning activities of students, which lead them to an active thinking and practice in the process of mastering the material, which is not only a teacher, but active and students.
Active learning methods involve the use of such a system of methods, which aims primarily not on the teacher ready knowledge and its reproduction, and for independent students master knowledge in Active cognitive activity.
Active learning methods enhanced by: effective learning; form the research skills that allow you to make professional decisions; to meet the challenges of the transition from a mere accumulation of knowledge to the creation of mechanisms for independent search skills and research activities; form the value orientations of the individual; enhance cognitive activity; develop creativity; create teaching and psychological conditions that are conducive to the manifestation of student activity.
         Training creative project is independently developed and manufactured product (material or intellectual) from the idea to its realization with the subjective or objective novelty, is made of th under the supervision and advice of the instructor. Features of the project include specially organized independently instructor and performed by students on the basis of the subjective goal-setting set of actions are creating a product that consists of a work produced during the design process, and the presentation of the oral or written presentation.
 
The business game is a form of rebuilding substantive and social content of the future professional activity of a specialist, the modeling of the system of relations that have characterized these activities as a whole. The rebuilding is achieved by means of the iconic models and the roles played by other people.

So, these methods contribute to the successful formation of the students ' ability to adapt quickly in a group taken by decision of the common for all tasks, problems; the ability to establish personal contacts, share information and build the necessary perspective to work independently and in a team; the ability to overcome the resistance of others, to prevent clashes and differences, that is, ability to work in a team; the knowledge level of their competence, ability to analyze and evaluate their actions; the installation on the active subject in the educational process.
