The expression of biomarkers in patients with patology of maxillofacial region

Most of the incidence of malignant tumors of maxillofacial region (MFR) falls in the patients of old years of life. Factors behind the development of this pathology is harmful habits in anamnesis. So, it needs determination of risk factors for the development of Oncology in MFR patients of elderly and senile periods of years. For rapid detection of the disease in this group of patients should the concept of a non-invasive monitoring by defining the expression of biomarkers oral fluid. Research of influence of factors of carcinogenesis significant expression (0,05/0,1 < p < 0,05) and Sensitive Diagnostic (DS≥60%) compared with the Group of Clinical Control (GCC) were use tobacco - MMP-8, TIMP-1, TIMP-2, CA 72-4, CEA and CA 125; alcohol as system - MMP-8, TIMP-1, TIMP-2, AFP and the NSE; drugs - TIMP-1 and TIMP-2; was the place to be privrzenost of anamnesis - MMP-8, MMP-9, TIMP-1 and TIMP-2.

Study of the expression of biomarkers of CA 72-4, CA 19-9, AFP, CEA, CA 125, NSE, CYFRA 21-1, PSA and HCG as effects of useing drug and privrzenost of anamnesis have not revealed on the reactions (Table 1, Fig. 1).

These factors are not necessarily characteristic of a morphology type of pathology of the MFR. For a clear separation of the influence on the expression of biomarkers oral fluid must also compared with groups of patients, with absent this factor. In the comparative aspect of the present/absent factors of carcinogenesis was found that when the tobacco is important TIMP-1 and CA-125, with a systematic use of alcohol - CA 19-9, AFP, CEA, the regular use of drugs - MMP-8. The present of anamnesis privrzenosty in patients with pathology of the MFR significant influence on the expression of biomarkers did not (Table 1, Fig. 1).

This study has proved that the factors of carcinogenesis influence the expression of biomarkers oral fluid even if not compulsory affiliation of these factors in the development of a certain pathology. One must also consider the comparative expression with the absent of factors.
