Converged redaction is a promising model of media development.

One of the perspective models of the development of media is considered to be a converged redaction. It allows doing the work of journalists more efficient and productive. The concept of united redaction lies in the integration of all possible formats of media products for today: online, print, mobile and broadcast. Realization of the idea of convergence implies a new system of production of information product, where the main point is the creation of a full-fledged convergent edition.

Due to the widespread popularity and the rapid development of social networks, the media got new channel of information. One of the priority-driven tasks of media editorial offices at this time is placing of account in social networks and efficient in forming of recipients using the new tools and technologies. Regional electronic media were also analyzed. The site "eKaraganda" attracts attention by actual and interesting materials (7995 subscribers). This resource can be fully called modern converged edition. Online TV news, portal page in social networks and blogs copyrights are involved in the light of events in the region.

The tendency is that many major publications do not simply duplicate the printed text on its official website, but radically revise the supply of information in the Internet. Now, electronic publications are the most expeditious means of conveying information.
