Theoretical and practical aspects of
quality control spinning
The
essence of quality control. At all stages of production, as well as its
operation an essential element of quality control is to control. The control is
not only necessary for a reliable evaluation of enterprise performance and its
divisions, but also serves as the main informative source used to make
decisions about the need for and the degree of correction quality management
system. Improving the forms of control determines the accuracy and timeliness
of the information is received. The organizational forms and means of quality
control are extremely diverse, and the main task of modern control should be
considered a warning of occurrence of defective products [1-4].
It is important to create a
system of quality control at these stages of the product life cycle in order to
avoid the appearance of defective, poor quality products, as well as to ensure
the stability of product quality indicators. The essence of any control can be
reduced to obtain information about the actual state of an object, its
attributes and indicators (primary information); comparing the initial
information with the previously established requirements and standards, i.e.
determination of compliance or non-compliance evidence expected (secondary
information).
Engineering controls include:
quality control of raw materials entering the undertaking from suppliers;
quality control, prevention, identification and registration of marriage;
determination of the causes of marriage and the development of measures to
address them; the development and implementation of measures to improve product
quality; control equipment and technological equipment.
The basic principles of rational
organization of technical control in spinning mills are preventing the
emergence of marriage. It ensures the correct choice of appropriate species and
technical control facilities; the accuracy and objectivity of determining the
quality of the product (quantity, types, causes and perpetrators). It provides
the appropriate use of measuring instruments, qualified personnel, carrying out
the control, selection of controls; maximum engagement quality control products
manufacturers. It increases their ownership, reduces the cost of control
operations.
The control system is a set of
controls, methods of performing control operations and performers interacting
with the object of control by the rules established by the documentation. There
are two types of requirements for the yarn: technological and operational.
Technological requirements determine the ability of a good yarn processed in
the development of fabrics and other products, and performance - have certain
properties in the product (cloth) to wear.
The yarn must satisfy the
following requirements: to have a given linear density and with minimum
variations in length be flat, as in both small and large segments. Otherwise,
reduced quality of fabrics, worsening the process of their production overruns
or cotton; have given strength and minimal strength rough;
have a predetermined elongation and tensile stiffness with minimal deviation
from these figures in length. Elongation, especially elastic and rigidity largely
determine the structure and performance of the fabric; have a predetermined
twist and be uniform in twist. Due to the fact that many of the properties
depend on its yarn twist, compliance with this requirement is of great
importance; be clean, with a minimum of trash and appearance defects. Failure is
to do so results in increased yarn breakage, during its processing and reduce
product quality. It must be borne in mind that the cost of raw yarn in the cost
is about 70-75% and the optimum choice of raw materials to produce the desired
yarn quality is of great importance.
Yarn is a complete product of spinning
production and therefore its quality control as opposed to semi-control is more
important. Every kind of yarn has to meet certain requirements, which are
recorded in the state standards or technical conditions. However, the yarn in
its formulation for various reasons, there are defects that reduce its quality.
To assess the quality of yarn special methods are developed on yarn quality
which is assessed by physical and mechanical characteristics and appearance
defects. In addition, the estimated quality of the winding yarns into a package
- cob, bobbin.
One of the main solution to the
problem of improvement of quality of production is the creation of the textile
enterprise process-oriented quality management system (QMS) based on ISO
requirements. A special role in the development of the QMS of the enterprise
organization is given a technical process control and product quality control,
which should be based on modern and constantly developing methodological
approaches, as well as new methods and means of supplying them with
information. In this case the key QMS development becomes the introduction of
the process approach, including evaluation of the technical level of control.
In recent years, improvement of the production (including spinning) was carried
out in the direction of the development of manufacturing processes, where
little it has changed methodology of the organization of technical control.
However, from the technical inspection organizations greatly depends on the
quality of products. Thus, the solution of scientific problems is related to
the improvement of methods and organizational forms of technical control, today
it is an urgent task.
