MODERN INTERACTIVE FORMS OF TRAINING

In the modern educational process can be used in various interactive forms of learning.

Brainstorming - a method of quick and effective solutions based on their generation by the group, and select the best solutions. The purpose of this method is to gather as many ideas, liberation from inertia overcoming the usual line of thinking in solving creative tasks. The basic principle and rule is an absolute prohibition of criticism suggested by the participants of ideas and the promotion of all kinds of remarks, jokes. Dialogue in a "brainstorming" acts as means to release the creativity of participants to solve a creative problem.

The case study method involves the study, analysis and adoption of decisions on the situation that arose as a result of past events, real situations, or may occur under certain circumstances in a particular organization at a particular point in time. The students have to analyze the situation, to understand the essence of problems, propose possible solutions and choose the best one.

Viewing and discussion of video - you can use any of the types of lessons according to their theme and purpose. Before the film needed to be put before the students a few key questions. This will be the basis for further discussion. You can stop the film on pre-selected frames and the debate. In the end it is necessary together with trainees to summarize and articulate the findings.

The debate is clearly structured and specially organized public exchange of ideas between the two sides on current topics. This kind of public discussion of debate participants directing on the reassurance of the correctness of a third party, not each other. Therefore, verbal and nonverbal means used by the participants for the purpose of obtaining a certain result - to form the students to have a positive impression from own position.

Panel discussion - consideration of a question aimed at finding the truth or achieving a better understanding in the group. Group discussions on any matter aimed at finding truth or achieving better understanding. Group discussions contribute to the better assimilation of the studied material. In the first phase of the group discussion to the students is a problem, allocated a certain time during which students are required to prepare a reasoned detailed response. In the second phase, group discussions produce group decision jointly with a teacher.

A round table is a kind of group discussion is held to share the challenges, their own vision of the issue, to get acquainted with experience and achievements. Round table - is characterized by the generalization of ideas and opinions on the problems under consideration, the equality of the participants of the round table, an expression of opinion about the matter under discussion, not on the opinions of other participants. Often a round table plays rather the role of information, and is not a tool to generate specific solutions.

Project method (project method) - work from the conventional essay to the research and subsequent protection on the principle of a term or research paper. The method projects the students are split into small groups and develop, for example, the program of sociological research on anything that interests them perspective or framework for conducting the experiment in lab. This analytical work includes several stages that allow you to improve logical thinking skills, reveal maximum creative potential of students and encourage them to research work.

Business (role) game - play activity in which students act in different roles according to a certain script that allows you to work out the tactics of behavior, actions and decisions of specific individuals in simulated situations. The business game simulates various aspects of human activity and social interaction. The game is also a method of effective learning, as it eliminates the contradictions between the abstract nature of the subject and the real nature of professional activity.

Training form of training whose purpose is the development of interpersonal competence and professional behavior in communication.
