The quality of the educational and methodical
providing of preparation of future social pedagogues
The need to
ensure the high-quality implementation of the state compulsory standard of
higher professional education has intensified the search by pedagogical science
and practice of ways to improve the efficiency of the educational process and
improve all its components. The orientation of the educational process on the
final results is intensified, in particular, the formation of the personality
of the specialist, his moral and creative potential. The content of higher
vocational education, teaching technology, and the forms of organization of the
educational process are being intensively updated. The interest of the
pedagogical community to the problem of comprehensive educational and
methodological support of the educational process has increased significantly.
And this is natural. After all, pedagogical science and practice convincingly
prove that the quality and effectiveness of the educational process is
significantly increased if its teaching and methodological support is
implemented in a comprehensive manner. The didactic effect in this case is
achieved due to the fact that with the complex educational and methodical
provision, the necessary conditions are created for the functioning of the educational
process in accordance with the principles and laws of instruction, for a better
learning of the content of education, the realization of the goals of
education, the upbringing and development of students. The activation of their
teaching and cognitive activities and its management.
Under the
complex educational and methodological support of the educational process in
the academic disciplines and specialties, it is necessary to understand the
development and creation of a system of normative and educational-methodical
documentation, teaching aids and monitoring tools that are necessary
(sufficient) for the design and quality implementation of the educational
process within the time allotted by curricula And programs for the study of
disciplines and the mastery of specialties [1].
Requirements
for the development and creation of a comprehensive educational and
methodological support for the educational process in academic disciplines and
specialties: comprehensive educational
and methodological support of the educational process for any academic
discipline and specialty should be developed and. To be created in its full
composition and content, including normative and educational-methodical
documentation, training aids and means of control; comprehensive educational
and methodological support of the educational process in the discipline should
cover the entire "didactic route" of studying the discipline, be
developed and created for the teacher and for students in the form of
"educational and methodical complexes" for each training session, all
the training topics, sections and course design Taking into account the need to
assimilate the content of program material, the qualitative formation of a
system of basic knowledge, skills [2].
The
following principles should be used as the basis for educational and
methodological support (EMS): Integrity
principle - EMS acts as a model of a projected pedagogical system; the principle of determinism - in the EMS
described the program of actions of students, as well as creating conditions
for self-government; the principle of modularity - the training module acts as
a single structural unit of the EMC (educational-methodological complex); the
principle of efficiency or the relationship between goals and learning outcomes
- the diagnostic description of goals, the implementation of the state
compulsory education standard, ensuring control, including objective methods,
for achieving the goals; all elements of
the EMS should provide an integrated approach [3].
In the framework
of this article, I would like to cite the results of the analysis of the
educational and methodological provision of disciplines with educational
literature prepared by the teaching staff of the releasing Department. Al-Farabi Kazakh National University has a fairly large
library potential, which is updated almost quarterly. Therefore, the analysis
was directed to the study of educational and methodological literature,
prepared by the teaching staff of the Chair of Pedagogy and Educational Management.
The disciplines themselves, which were realized in the bachelor's degree in the
specialty "Social pedagogy and self-cognition" in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, were analyzed at first.
Unlike other regional universities, the Kazakh National University works on the
basis of educational programs developed in the pilot mode of specialties. The
analysis of the basic curriculum for the 2015 bachelor's program shows the
possibility of training on two individual educational trajectories:
"Socio-pedagogical work" and "Teacher of self-knowledge".
The training materials and training manuals prepared by the teaching staff from
2010 to 2016 were analyzed. A description of the security can be seen in the
contents of Tables 1 and 2.

In general,
the analysis shows that the availability of its own literature of academic
disciplines is at a sufficiently high level. Nevertheless, as a recommendation
I would like to draw the attention of the teaching staff to the weak
representation of the IET "Teacher of self-cognition". It is for this
track that it is necessary to strengthen the preparation and publication of
educational and methodological literature. In addition, as is known,
educational and methodical literature is presented as follows.

In this
regard, for the modern teaching and methodological provision of disciplines
with the necessary literature, pay attention to the preparation of reference
books, dictionaries, catalogs and albums. Of course, it is also necessary to
strengthen the provision of quality teaching and methodological literature of
IET disciplines in Kazakh and English.
Such an
analysis allows you to see the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation
of the educational program, as well as plan the necessary management decisions
and develop an action plan.
