NEBULAYZER THERAPY AT CHILDREN IN CONDITIONS

Now in the most effective and safe way of introduction of drugs, especially at children, is inhalation.

For improvement of delivery of a preparation in respiratory ways and receiving fast effect the wide circulation is gained by nebulayzerny therapy. Nebulayzer is ultrasonic system for aerosol therapy - effective, fast and silent in use.

Research objective. To study efficiency of nebulayzerny therapy with salbutamol at children with bronchial asthma in the conditions of ambulance at a pre-hospital stage.

Materials and methods. The group of research included 20 children of patients with bronchial asthma aged from 5 till 14 years.

On weight of a disease patients were distributed as follows: easy degree is noted at 12 children, attacks of bronchial asthma of average weight are stated at 6 children, and heavy degree is recorded in 2 cases.

Children with easy degree of an attack had a frequency of breath in norm or is speeded up to 30%, at average weight expiratory short wind, with a frequency of breath more than 30 - 50% from norm was expressed.

At heavy degree it is noted expiratory short wind – with a frequency of breath more than 50% from norm is sharply expressed.

Frequency of warm reductions at easy and average weight was increased by 20%, at heavy for 50% from norm.

Object of research was salbutamol application through a nebulayzer who is selective beta-2 an agonist of adrenoceptors of short action.

Results of researches. Salbutamol was applied by us in the form of inhalation in a dose according to weight of a course of a disease. Efficiency of carried-out therapy was estimated through 20мин.

At easy degree to children salbutamol 1,25-2,5mg (1/2 – 1 небулы) through a nebulayzer during 5-10min was entered. The attack was stopped in 100,0% of cases.

At average weight salbutamol was entered in a dose 2,5мг (1 небула), within 5-10 min. Knocking over of an attack is noted in 90,9%. With clinic of not stopped attack 2 children were hospitalized.

At heavy degree salbutamol was entered in the same doses together with Prednisolonum of 60-120 mg in/in or inside in a dose in a dose of 1-2 mg/kg. Efficiency made - 38,4%.

Sick children, after condition improvement, but not with completely stopped attack of bronchial asthma were hospitalized in a hospital.

Results. In the conditions of ambulance advantage of nebulayzerny therapy consists in easy equipment of inhalation, allows to create high concentration of medicinal substance in bronchial tubes with the minimum side effects and reductions of number of in addition entered preparations time of knocking over of bronchial asthma considerably is reduced, the quantity of repeated calls and hospitalization decreases.

Speed of action, rather simple way of use, and a small amount of side effects do inhalation beta-2 agonist salbutamol - a choice preparation for knocking over of an attack of bronchial asthma.
