The dialogue of cultures in a
multicultural, poly lingual Kazakhstan predetermined life itself. In our
country appear opposite tendencies of modern civilization, languages
and cultures: globalization as an inevitable requirement of the
time, on the one hand, and trying to preserve their culture, language, people,
on the other.
Multinational
Kazakhstan led the special psychology of the people living on its territory, a
special world view inherent Eurasians.
Eurasianism as the ideological and
political movement arose in opposition to Eurocentric ideologies. In this
Eurasian socio-cultural type described in the example of Russia. It is no
accident that historians called European Russia, the Asian country, due with
its geographical position: it is situated at the junction of the two
civilizations of the East and the West. Representatives of the Eurasian defined
it as "Russia-Eurasia" (N.P. Savitsky) or as a "holder of
balance between East and West" (A.G.
Dugin).
Conception of Eurasianism involves a
unique combination of Eastern and Western traits (Western individualism and
collectivism of the East, rationalism, European civilization and spirituality,
wisdom of the Asia), and the simultaneous affiliation East and West, Europe and
Asia, and at the same time, neither the one nor the other. In this Eurasianism
marks "... the principle of equivalence of all cultures and peoples of the
world" [1, p.62].
It is noteworthy that the idea of
Eurasianism acclaim in Kazakhstan, because the spirit of the Eurasian Turks
have long been close: taking much of Europe, they were carriers of Eastern
traditions. Besides the formation of Russia-Eurasia had a great influence
Turkic peoples. Tatar yoke, according to N.P. Savitsky, "the crucible in
which the Cowal Russian spiritual identity" [2, p.60-61].
Eurasians is remarkable idea to confer
space social and political functions of the growing of the state "in their
living space."
The landscape is considered an important
factor in shaping the ethnic group, "the last Eurasion" L.N. Gumilev as ethnicity, like nature itself, is
part of the Earth's biosphere. In other words, the landscape - is the main
melting pot, as spoke ancient Chinese philosophy, which forms ethnicity [3,
p.478].
National culture is the best way of getting used to, "growing"
into the environment [4, p.610-611], historically developed "a system,
equipment, and tools of love, embracing people with Homeland" [5,
p.49]. That is how ethnicity adapts to the world around a given coordinate
system in which to operate in the world representative this or that national
culture.
Durable stay in the same area a few nations makes them similar at each
other in the way of development of the surrounding world and, therefore, in
culture, in the views of the world. L.N. Gumilev wrote that nations need adapt
to the conditions environment, even in the presence of a common ancestor a few
generations, making them a little similar to each other [3, s.478]. In this
regard, it can be argued that the common territory, a common historical destiny
of the people of Kazakhstan led to their special, Eurasian, mentality,
connecting Western and Eastern features.
Hence, it can be argued that
the common territory, a common historical destiny of the people of Kazakhstan
led to their special, Eurasian, mentality, which is characterized by western
and oriental features.
Because the mentality of a world
view in terms of the native language and forms, connecting the intellectual and
spiritual quality of the national character in its typical manifestations [6,
p.81], the Eurasian mentality - a special kind of worldview.
It is known that the carriers of the two languages and two
cultures are usually in contact zones. Usually, when language and cultural
contact of talk about bilingualism (bilingualism) and dual culture (biculture).
Bilingualism may cause biculture, i.e. to the situation when a person
gradually beginning to realize himself as belonging to another culture, or
simultaneously to both cultures. Moreover, there are cases when different
languages can be used within a single culture and the same
language - in different cultures.
In Kazakhstan, observed a
special situation: the presence of different
languages Kazakhs is inherent Eurasian culture.
Successful in this regard seems to distinguish the concepts of
"Intercultural Communication" and "interethnic
communication", based on the criterion of belonging to the same or
different territorial and social space. If cross-cultural communication
involves communication of various ethno-cultural communities belonging to
different territorial and social space, the inter-ethnic communication -
communication of different ethnic and cultural groups in the conditions of long
life together in a single territorial social space [7, 8, p.15].
It is known that when meeting in a different language, we enter the
world of another culture, in a circle, outlined language around another nation
- its carrier [9, p.80].
In the case of the Eurasian culture given circle outlines a common
social and cultural space and united by a common national idea. In this case,
the participants no sense of "foreignness" otherness of the
communication partner, there is no conflict with other norms, attitudes and
behaviors. When communicating in the Eurasian culture communicants have a
common cultural code, the general moral and ethical standards, a common system
of values.
Communicating in different languages, Kazakhstan feel normal, natural,
Kazakhstan, Eurasian, culture, behavior, takes it as something obvious.
In the presence of different languages carriers Eurasian culture
consider Kazakh culture of the norm, the signs of this culture are read
automatically, because it is not a stranger to them, to understand that needs
constant work of consciousness [4, s.611]. Eg., such signs Eurasian culture,
Astana, Baiterek , shanyrak, dastarhan,
etc., kazakhs consider their own.
Eurasian mentality , Eurasian
culture - specific phenomena deserving special study. Among the issues
requiring research, important are the following: the specificity of the
Eurasian mentality Eurasian culture, the ratio of the culture and language at
carriers of Eurasian mentality; Eurasian mentality is reflection in the language - in Russian, Kazakh, as two powerful
demographic and communicative partners in Kazakhstan, etc.
