How to motivate employees to work with full dedication
This
phenomenon, when three employees work as four, called a synergistic effect. In
relation to personnel management it is possible to represent mathematical
formula: 1 + 1 + 1> 3. You can achieve this result in different ways. But
before we consider them, let's take two axioms - the two original provisions
that will determine the ways and means to achieve our goals.
Two
axioms of a chief.

1. Leader seeks to create such conditions that each employee worked at full
capacity in accordance with their professional and personal qualities. This
axiom is necessary in order to avoid a situation where the two work as 2.5 (i.e.
"for himself and for the guy"), and one half-heartedly.

2.A head seeks to harmonize individual goals (employee) and the organization's
objectives, i.e. to make the system of motivation, goal setting, monitoring and
evaluation was based on the following principle: when the organization's
objectives are achieved goals of individuals.
Consider

Organization (its leader) may come from the following principle: "What do
I care what this person wants, I need to solve the problem". Approach:

in the long term there is a risk of losing ambitious employees and stay with a
group of performers alone.
You
can start from the opposite principle: "I have such good people, we live with them as a family, God bless them
with the goals, why do I need them?". Approach: "I will do so that my
people were happy, the result will be". This approach may also be
effective, but as long as the company is quite small. The staff is worth to
grow to 20-25 people, and manage conflicts, maintaining relations of friendship
and cooperation will be more difficult.
Therefore,
effective leaders in achieving the objectives should be guided by the so-called
concept of harmonization and to take into account the interests of the
organization as a whole and the individual. The principle of an effective
manager: "When you reach the goals of the organization are achieved
targets of individuals". Approach: "You give me the result, I give
you Implementation of your personal motivation".
To
realize the concept of harmonization, the head needs to know the motives of the
individual. How to identify them, how to analyze and how to use the system of
