Development
of DBMS "Card index of employees"
In any organization,
as small and large, the question of data management that ensures the most
effective impact of work. Accounting personnel are required in all
organizations, where there is no specialist training, executes it Secretary,
accountant or the head.
This program is
designed to manage a database , from which you can quickly gather all the
necessary and complete information about employees .
Purpose of the
programme is as follows:

reduction in processing time;

the simplicity of the various query and data processing
speed;

automation of work.
The functions
performed by the program:

Displaying the user interface in the form of a system
menu, a table, a set of buttons and input fields.

Automatic searching and sorting data in accordance with
vvedenoj.

Add, remove or edit information in the underlying data.

Displays the
results of the work.

The creation of
finished reports.
To start working with the program you want to install the installation
file Setup.exe in the root directory of drive С:\, run it from the desktop
shortcut to the program "card file of library personnel. Here you need to enter a password which only
knows the system administrator and configure the location of the database by
specifying a local or network addresses (Picture 1).

Without
knowing the password to login the user can log on to the computer is not
authorized, but only to view database. After a successful login, the user opens
the main window that displays employee information, menu and commands to select
subsequent operations (Picture 2).

On the main window of the software product is the list of employees, the
scope of the search, sort area, a photo ID of the currently selected time. And
there is a status bar with connection on the information on the number of
records, the current record and the system time.
The main window contains menu: file, edit and help. On the file menu,
there are two buttons of the print and exit. Hover the mouse pointer over the
print appear two sub-items:.
- Fast printing: print the selected staff member;
- Seal all personnel-printing staff selected in the main list window.
When you click the button exit program is closed and the changes made to
the database are saved. The Help menu contains help items,
to help the user to use the program.
The Database management system "Card index of employees" is a finished product that meets the
requirements of virtually any organization.
During the creation of the project has been used resources of Delphi
programming to work with Microsoft Office applications, such as Microsoft Excel
for reporting, as this system allows you to adjust the output before printing,
as well as Microsoft Access, to directly create the database used in the
program.
This database contains all necessary requirement for the normal workflow
documents, reports, databases and so on.
This will help you more effectively to produce and to work with the data
store all data and reports in the form of an electronic benefit.
