A comprehensive protection from risks system

 of machine-building enterprise

 

For innovation project the main criteria are novelty, rate of return, license protection, novelty, priority directions of innovation, competitiveness implemented technology. Due this, the system is designed to provide protection from risks when implementing innovative project achievement of each criteria.

The basic ways protection from innovation risks is constant monitoring of information in industry innovations and advanced scientific and technological achievements, cooperation with leading industrial, engineering, service and consulting centres [1].

The complexity and contradictions processes that occur in the external and internal environment company, the threats and risks diversity that accompany the introduction of innovative projects that necessitate the building of a comprehensive protection from risks of introducing innovations.

A comprehensive protection from risks system is a combination of interrelated institutional, legal and technical measures aimed at reducing and countering real and potential internal and external risks and threats of the business, which could lead to significant economic losses, suspend or delay the development of innovation activity enterprises.

The object of a complex protection from risks system supported a stable economic situation and development of the enterprise. On the characteristics of the protection object depend on building and main characteristics of protection from risks system. It should be borne in mind that the object of protection is a complex, multidimensional, multisectoral and threats. This is why risk reduction should be based on an integrated approach. This applies, first and foremost, to develop policy, concepts and strategies to protect against the risk of innovative projects, tactical and operational planning, internal and external communications, as well as ensure that activities to protect against risks.

A comprehensive approach requires the inclusion in the system of protection against the risks of all enterprise resources, as well as external capacity of State and non-State subjects interacting. A special role in the complex protection from risks system is risk management service belongs to the enterprise. On it holds the planning, organizing, coordinating and information security functions.

The goal of an integrated protection from risks system defined by accepted engineering enterprise strategies, tactical and operational plans.

They are aimed at the prevention and reduction of threats and risks, strong opposition to them, localization and elimination of negative consequences of their realization. And based on this to create favourable internal and external market conditions for the successful and sustainable development of the machine-building enterprises [2].

A comprehensive protection from risks system of machine-building enterprise is provided by internal and external subjects. Domestic subjects of protection from risks include its owners, managers at all levels, as well as leading experts and personnel, as well as enterprise risk management service.

The unit is responsible for the preparation, planning and conduct of activities to counter the dangers, threats and risks, protection of trade secrets and intellectual property rights, implementation of the informational and analytical work, competitive intelligence, providing methodological assistance to all structural subdivisions of enterprises to implement activities aimed at reducing the risks of innovation.

To external subjects in protection from risks of innovation include bodies of State authority and administration, provide investment innovative projects, enterprise partners.

The effectiveness of risk mitigation largely due to the level of organization of interaction in this complex issue. The mechanism of interaction should include both internal and external components, the legal basis for their collaboration, information management system, management system, all types of planning activities for risk reduction, coordination of common actions, logistics and funding.

Internal component interaction mechanism in protection from risks system includes managers (owners) of the enterprise and its structural subdivisions, Manager and professional risk management service and instructions on how to reduce risks, innovation enterprise management system and its structural divisions, external relations system of the enterprise, financing and logistics [3].

External component interaction mechanism in enterprise risk reduction system includes mechanisms for the management of innovation by the organs of State power and administration, banking institutions, investors, companies and other organizations.

The objectives of the integrated system for the protection of machine-building enterprise in constant risk conditions of external and internal threats is to conduct ongoing monitoring of risks, including, on that segment of the market, where the engineering enterprise.

Thus, the protection from risks system have aims to timely identification of actual and potential threats and risks to the enterprise, their sources and the likelihood of implementation.
