The impact of an alkaline ionized water on human health

The aim of our study is to investigate the influence of ionized alkaline water on health record. The relevance of the article due to the poor quality of drinking water and the increasing number of different diseases.

Materials and methods the study. Analysis of the state of human health has been carried out with the help of the devise "Lotus". The device is presented by diagnostic complex of the human health functional state. With the help of this device the state of the cardiovascular, autonomic systems can be evaluated, neurodynamic analysis, emotional state, and the biological age of the examined people can be determine.

Results.

The study involved persons aged 25-71 years. On the background of the comprehensive indicatorss of the health measures a group of persons before and after administration of the alkaline ionized water (30-40 minutes) has been examined (table).

This table shows the indicators of the health measures, where a significant difference for each of the indicators before administration of ionized alkaline water and after 30 minutes from the beginning of the impact of the water on the body is determined. After administration of the alkaline ionized water improvement of the comprehensive health indicators can be traced. The effectiveness of the alkaline ionized water is due to the fact that all the indicators of the health measures before administration of the ionized alkaline water were beyond normal values, and after administration indicators of the health measures improving and are close to the normal values.[1]

Prior to the adoption of ionized alkaline water indicators autocorrelation portrait - an index of autonomic regulation (IIA) is at a high level (382.14), indicating that the voltage of the heart muscle - the myocardium and the poor condition of blood vessels.[2] After the adoption of ionized alkaline water indicators index of autonomic regulation (IIA) is reduced to normal (35,0- 250.0) -183.1, which is explained by the influence of alkaline water to improve the nutrition of myocardial cells with oxygen, its thinning effect on the blood, as well as the that ionized alkaline water helps reduce cholesterol levels in the blood.[3]
Indicators neurodynamic matrix markedly improved from 36.6% to 55.6% (optimum values (50-100%)), as well as alkaline ionized water helps the body to use its energy and physiological resources, beneficial effects on the endocrine system.
Improvement of biological age from (-1) to (-9.4) years testifies to the rejuvenating properties of alkaline ionized water, ability to restore vital resources.[4]
On spline map the electrical activity of the brain is determined by an increase in brain activity from 37.8% to 57% (optimum values (50-100%)), due to the ability of ionized alkaline water to improve the nutrition of brain cells of oxygen, the confrontation of painful, fatigue and stress.

The ratio of fractal portrait of biorhythms goes from 38.2% to the optimum rate (50-100%) - 61.4%, that is explained as the positive effect of alkaline ionized water on the functional processes in organs and systems, improvement of the immune status and nutrition cells.[5]
"Complex indicator of health" is made on the basis of above-stated figures. While consuming ionized alkaline water by the examined, there is increase of this index from 38.4% to 60.4% (optimum rates (50-100%)). Thus, this water helps improve the overall quality of the physiological processes of the body and the degree of it’s balance.[6]
Surveyed indicators are combined up to groups into indicators of autonomic, neurohumoral regulation, the level of adaptation and psycho-emotional state. After drinking ionized alkaline water all indicators increase by 1.5-2 times, which confirms its curative effect on the human body.[7]
Conclusions
1. The data of examined obtained in the same day clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of the alkaline ionized water on the human body, even after 30 minutes.
3. According to the analysis of surveyed individuals the identification of ionized alkaline water's benefitial effects on the organysm .
3. Ionized alkaline water has healing and stimulating metabolism features and can be recommended for use as a prophylactic cure.
