The formation of schoolchildren's economical culture in school mini-enterprises condition

 

In the new President massage of Kazakhstan people on realization strategy "Kazakhstan -2050" President N.A. Nazarbaev points out the main vector of work- the aim to enter into the most development 30 countries powerful developments "Our  common duty- to make the country powerful, perspective government" [1]

In our day in modern social economical transformation inquire high demand to the economical cultural level of individual. A person gains economical cultural education during his live. Scientific explores such as: E.V. Akkundinova [2], T.V. Borovikova [3], E.N. Zemlyanskaya [4], A.A. Nurtdinova [5], underline it is imposable to change consciousness of adult  people entering to economical relation that is way the information of economical culture it is necessary to start learning at the beginning of educational process.

Total research of economical knowledge of the schoolchildren in our scientific research has discovered the low level it (correspondingly 58.4% and 59.3%).

Analyses of the scientific research of schoolchildren's economical knowledge showed that career guidance try out including creative components starting from the idea to the result is the cause of low level  [6].

 Only the activity in real  productive execute will be effective.  School ¹25 in Shymkent , school ¹4 named after Satpaeyev in Lenger,  ¹9 named after D. NurpeyisovaSayram district, ¹10  Sary-agach of  the South Kazakhstan, ¹ 169, ¹171 schools of Kysyl-Orda  regions, were involved in our experience in a real practical activity of school mini-enterprise.

Lots of problems are solved via school self-government, that is a school enterprise which shapers the skill of using money from earning to their spending. School enterprises of school ¹ 25.¹ 4 in LengerTolebee district of South Kazakhstan region,¹ 69, ¹ 171Kysylordaregion specializing in production goods for customers production of decorative and applied art goods, national clothes, patch work rags (kurak-korpe), souvenirs, national tables and other domestic utensils.School enterprises of school ¹9 in Sayram district and school ¹ 10Sary-agach  district  in  South region SKR  specialized in producing agricultural products both in fields and products both fields ad hothouses . Schoolchildren create their own firm using knowledgein technology and economics acquired at the lessons. 

The main principle is "Everybody does everything", All the members in school firm take part in the process of producing and realization. Schoolchildren pass all the stagesof  joint-stock  company formation. Member of company produce only the production which is in demand and brings profit after marketing school enterprise governs by the Council it has director, group leaders in the staff, they are in charge of finance, of human recourses, producing of goods and marketing. The Council is a coordinator of the activity of the school enterprise as well and means. School enterprise take part in the formation of creative activity, the schoolchildren in solved in full circle of market system: producing-distributing-change-consumption, they acquire the basis of business.School enterprise (SE) is economical laboratory and business laboratory which discovers the conception of theoretical laws and economical conception such as demand, proposal, temporary and constant production costs.

The quality and interest of economical activity increases to 1.7 point as well as motivation to trade education.

Outdoors activity as educational aspect in teaching economics should use innovational technology which include regional and national peculiarities.
