Simplified
mechanism of state support of innovative activity
Experience of the last decades
testifies that among the basic factors of competitiveness of countries the main
one is introduction of effective mechanisms of innovative politics, which
provide the competitiveness of economy.
The main problem question is
forming of foundation remains for effective work of Ukraine on international
markets. But it is impossible in default of innovations and mechanisms of
providing of favorable terms for international commercialization of results of
scientific and technical activity, that answer mutual interests of the
Ukrainian and foreign partners, adaptation of the Ukrainian normatively-legal
base in the field of innovative activity to world practice.
We
offer to present all afore-mentioned features of innovative activity of Ukraine
as a table of SWOT-analysis (table 1-2).

Though it
is possible to draw a conclusion, that basic market possibility for today is a
study and analysis of experience of state support of innovative activity in the
different countries of the world. And results of this analysis must be the
developments of clear mechanism of state support of innovative activity in
Ukraine.
Thus, reasoning from
the results of research [1] it is possible to form the simplified mechanism of
state support of innovative activity (fig.1), which is general for entire
countries and shows basic elements which are needed for innovative development
of the state.

Thus, conversation about effective
politics in the sphere of international cooperation has not a single sense in
the absence of the own national innovative system and necessary infrastructure.
Therefore, a major step in this direction is creation of mechanism of
innovative activity support and development up-country.
