In today's society teacher
should be a person, who capable of to show theoretical knowledge in practice with the help of different educational technologies, , a person with high spirtual moral standards, civic responsibility, active, creative,
comprehensive educated, professional, competent and masters of their own. Teacher
skills are set of a very high quality
of education, training and art, which regularly improving. Individual culture, education and a wide
worldview, teaching techniques and best practices are the basis of teacher excellence.
The pedagogical excellence is a systematic process, the way, which deliver results in teaching activity. It gives to teaching activity a qualitatively new content, form a
professional position.
The issue of the
formation of the pedagogical excellence in the field of pedagogics
and psychology was studied by Yu.K. Babansky, N.V.
Kuzmin, V.A.Slastenin, N.D.Khmel, A.V.Mudrick, P.I. Pidkasystiy, L.I.Ruvinskiy, A.A. Kaluzhniy and other
scientists.
The objectives of the
development of modern teachers’ pedagogical skills are pedagogial education unit, the teaching profession inclinations,
situations, mastering children's psychology.
Improving of professional skills is carried out on the basis of the
Acmeology laws. Acmeology is a science, which studies ways to achieve the top of professional excellence. It is one of the newly emerging Humanology field of
science. "Acme" from the Latin word means "peak".
Professional excellence means to achieve high level of professional skills, the ability to
work creative, to
be in a system of authors activity. The “peak” of these professional qualifications is ultimate goal of professional development - to reach the level of their
professional excellence and to become a professional.
The highest stage of professionalism is art, creativity. Professional skills are formed
during general and vocational education as personal qualities and actions. The master skills may be formed through experience and imitation. The
pedagogical professionalism shows not only teacher’s high degree of managing knowledge,
skills and learning skills, but also it needs high degree of actions in system
of education.
The President N.A. Nazarbayev proposed the idea of "competitive nation", in the course of the process of globalization needs of the to face world competition and a variety of challenges, requires the strengthening
of the statehood and independence. In this regard, there is a real purpose of the
determination of the main channels, which are the basis for competitiveness in
education system of comparative pedagogics sciences is being the main issue [1].
Thus, the
competitiveness of the country today is one of the main tasks of spiritual
development of the educational
system to international standards, defined as identifying and developing of
best practice of civilized countries.
Ñultural and
spiritual relationships of world countries leads to the mixing of cultures. It is
searching for scientific ways to provide opportunities for a cross-cultural communication,
the exchange of
spiritual practices, to accept advanced
models and to exclude out-of-date systems in a modern, open and civil society. Therefore, this process is a voluntary or involuntary process, which arising from the objective needs of development.
In the scientific literature is written: "Excellence is
effective coordinated actions, learning
of professional or amateur knowledge”,
and “Pedagogical excellence is art of teaching and
upbringning children, which needs regularly improving”. It can manage every
teacher, who works with a great desire. There is given a definition: “The
teacher is a master of his art, cultured man, who has a profound knowledge of
his subject, who is well informed in relevant branches of science and art, who
ecpesially educated in the psychology of children, and who has successfully
mastered ways of teaching and upbringing” [2].
Aware of these conclusions, we can say, pedagogical excellence is a future teacher’s
self-actions performance result of individual personality, psychological, intellectual forces and abilities. And
professional excellence consists of a set of individual’s properties, which forms self-organization skills. specialty and consists of a set of properties of the forms of,
"he will say.
Professional interests,
values
and professional knowledge, which provide humanitarian focus of the pedagogical excellence, influence
to develop teacher’s communicative, perceptual abilities, emotional stability and creativity, also
it systematize requirements for professionalism.
To create positive relationships with the people around and other people
is a priceless quality and ability, which doesn’t have everyone. The
man, who can reach this wealth will find its place in human society
and can exist in harmony. There
is a variety of ways to achieve it. One of them is
self-knowledge. There is a different approaches to
study this such complicated psychological phenomenon
of self-knowledge. According to the definition of K. Maslow, a founder of the theory of individual’s
self-knowledge, self-knowledge is a man’s
desire to show and develop all personal capacity and creative abilities [3].
In this regard, at the moment in a whole educational process
within the framework of teacher excellence has been paid special attention to
the professionalism of teachers of the subject "Self-knowledge".
Professional
teching skills of the teacher of the subject "Self-knowledge" should
be in accordance with the following components:
1.
The out-of-class activity is an independent type of
upbringing work, which creating the conditions to ensure the formation of the individual, which is related to goals of the lesson organized under the guidance of
teachers. It may affect widely to a child as a combination of various educational activities.
2.
Extracurricular
diversified comprehensive action influence to open pupil’s individual ability, which
can not be shown at the lesson.
3.
To engage in
different types of out-of-class works improve children's personal and social
experience, enrich the
knowledge based on the
human values and form the necessary practical skills.
4.
Extra-curricular
educational activities effectively influence to develop pupil’s interest to work, to upbring a desire to participate actively in it.
5.
Different types of extra class activities affect not only to children’s
individuality, but also learn to live in children’s society.
6.
The organization and holding the out-of-class educational work can
not be limited strictly by time. Teacher is a voluntary to choose its its forms and methods, tools and
content and direction.
This is one
case, which gives
an opportunity to
act in the context of teacher’s vision and faith, in the second case, increases the responsibility. In addition, it
requires a creative activity;
7.
Extracurricular educational work is hold according to the capabilities of the
students free time (at breaks, on holidays or after school and on
Saturdays and Sundays). By using universal human values as a content of extracurricular
activities it can be
arranged various sports
events, a round table discussion with parents, contests, charity events,
exhibitions, discussions, drama club, debate, poetry corner, pickniks and other activities in
one class or between classes.
Considering
the work of a professional teacher of subject
"Self-knowledge", it should be noted tha the subject of this
service is professional, who knows children’s spiritual and social development, general theoretical and
specialized knowledge complex. To be a specialist of a certain profession in
a daily life influence to the individual's thinking, behavior, and contributes
to the attitude to life. This phenomenon in phsycology calls “professional
mentality”. In phsycology works mentality is described as an inreflective
individual characteristics and often unconscious [4].
Therefore, let us define the personality requirements for the teacher of sublect "Self-knowledge" as a professional. Researchers
refer following qualities as a specialty skills: observation, the ability to
quickly find a way, intuition, empathy (be in the other person's place,
feelings, ideas, ability to understand the business), reflection and
self-discipline. Tendency to work together with other people to protect their own
point of view, charity, knowledge, passion, optimism, the ability to find a way
to conflict situations, nervous and mental stability, the development of
gravity. There is one of the key professional qualities of communication skills
are also able to communicate.
Professionalism of a teacher of subject
"Self-knowledge" is depends on knowledge, working methods and use of new teaching
technologies.
In this regard, the author of the self-knowledge project S.A. Nazarbayeva showed that
"Nowadays it is very important to study harmony, moral
education development in young people personal spiritual
development. In this regard S.Nazarbayeva is presented her own
work “The path to yourself”, and in this work showed that it would be a highly
qualified person when changed attitude to educating young people, ethics,
aesthetics, spirituality life, when changed his inner complement and their
understand to treat everyone with love.
"To be a healthy is to keep in balance human
body, mind, spirit, and establish equality,
peace and calm. To find his way. Without spiritual love all education is useless",
said the scientist in this context in order to let us to love the
knowledge [5].
This opinion comes
at a personal level in terms of its origins is self-recognition, and it is
transmitted through special education.
To
create pupil’s society of self-improvement can be
regarded as an innovative environment that promotes strong relationships
between the students, teachers, parents and the public. Now the society is changing from industrial design to the information model, where the basis is education and distribution trends.
Therefore, the
purpose of education and training in modern society, intellectual and moral
development of the person. Secondary schools for the implementation of this
goal, "self-knowledge" of teacher education and training system
should be a clear strategic direction.
Therefore, the
purpose of education and training in modern society
is intellectual and moral development of the person. To achieve these goals it is important to show strategic direction of educational and training system of the teacher of subject “Self-knowledge”.
However, in today's educational process is described good qualities, also it needs
to know ways of teaching
self-direction, self-morality, goodness, kindness, self-knowledge,
self-education content and features, still need to clarify and analyze the
direction of the organization.
Consequently, the teachers of the subject "self-knowledge" should help pupils to adapt in school, to adapt the development of new social roles; to make the image of its behavioral style; to choose socially acceptable methods of personal views; to determine the specific tasks in a family, at school,
between
peers.
Unless ensuring the stability of the protection of the principles of
individuals, without keeping of honor and dignity of other people, witout
failures, and overcome them, it can be formed an individual person.
In this regard, to do comprehensive diagnosis of phsycological and
physiology, social, moral and
other features, such as the level of development of the personal fields; to get acquianted with self-knowledge
and self-forecasting variety of ways; to hold trainings on improving self-reflection,
the characteristics of creative
cognition, emotional, industry-willed, self-oriented skills; the development of various forms of creative
activity in the classroom and outside the classroom; to make a choice in various spheres of life in a way
that the analysis of the situation later. In our history, in the history of the world to get
acquainted with the life and work of famous peopl, and peers’, teachers’,
parents’ affairs which is allow to achieve positive results of creative
activity of individual, group, collective creativity; to involve children in
business sector, private sector.
Therefore,
the level of teachers’s professionalism
requires the content of the education and training process,
the selection and improvement of new technologies.
