Problems of increase of
competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises in an
international association

Intensifying of competitive activity
on the border of ÕÕ² age conditioned
inequality of economic
and social development, which shows up in
disproportion of
development of not only separate
countries, but also regions and
industries through the piling up of
capital with different speed.
At these terms of forming and
realization of effective competition strategies international companies and
states for the sake of providing of the high competition status is to
foreground jobs in the international policy of the practically entire developed
countries of the world.
A competitiveness is the determining criterion
of efficiency any economic subject.
Competitive edges
of economy of country, it separate industries, enterprises and regions on
global markets stipulate the rates of growth of production and national safety
accordingly.
Conceptions of competitiveness of
national economy have a large practical value during program development in
relation to perfection of competitive edges of country, development of it export
base in a long-term period on national and regional levels.
But places which are occupied by our
country in ratings of authoritative international organizations convincingly
testify to it’s not competitiveness.
As a result of research certainly, that
Ukraine is done by vulnerable not only macroeconomic no stable (inflation, high lending rates, which
restrain development of new business), weak capacity for adaptation of new technologies,
epidemic of corruption and others like that, low quality of public institutes
and undeveloped enterprise environment.
From
here reformation of institutional environment mortgages a base to future
development and membership in ES and is the objective requirement of increase
of competitiveness of Ukraine.
Experience of countries which after the
competitiveness of growth in different times went out on the first positions in
the world (The USA and Finland) specifies on that just activation of public
policy in direction of increase of competitiveness economy became motive force
of this process.
Analyzing the various aspects of
development of Ukraine in modern outer space, tendencies and priorities of
integration, it is needed to mark:
- becoming of the
modern state system of the Ukrainian people takes place in the conditions of
intensive processes of internationalization and integrations of world concord,
which substantially influence on the foreign-policy orientations of Ukraine and
internal political life;
- the state and prospects of
realization of strategic course of country are in direct connection with
subsequent development of the social and political system of Ukraine as
democratic, legal, decisions of urgent socio-economic problems of company.
For the Ukrainian enterprises it follows to develop the clear
structure of tasks on the increase of competitiveness, on places, that must be
positively represented on the state of national economy on the whole.
It is foremost needed to direct effort
on:

Improvement an investment climate, in particular, by providing of
effective defense of right of ownership, improvement of regulator and corporate
legislation ;

One of the most important tasks in this context is reformation of the
tax
system, providing of orientation of fiscal policy of the state on
diminishing
of specific gravity of all constituents of
financial charges in an economy;
-
It is necessary in a root to promote efficiency of the use of
state facilities,
provide effective state control
after activity of subjects of natural
monopolies, transparency of the use by them financial
resources, efficiency
of tariff and regulator policy;
- The measures of economic policy of the state it follows to point
also at
strengthening of
the financial state of subjects of ménage, providing of their
aimed at the
increase of profitability and capitalizations;

Next to realization of public policy of stimulation of export, foremost
highly
technological, it is necessary
to provide passing ahead expansion of internal
market, avoidance of critical
dependence of national economy from the state of
affairs of world markets;

The Ukrainian state must be successive in realization of the landed
reform,
providing in practice of priority
development of agro -industrial complex as
bases of food safety of the state.
The constituents of
competitiveness of economy of Ukraine are marked determining, though does not
dip out all circle of problems of national economy.
Taking into account, that the strategic
course of Ukraine is European integration, for providing of competitiveness of
national economic it is necessary to be concentrated not only on own but also
program orientir of ES.
