For today the special actuality is acquired by the vital necessity of the legislative fixing of legal status of development worker providing normative security of all representatives of this profession.[2]

Kazakhstan puts its strategic purpose an entering in 50 developed countries of the world.[3] Possible, in a short time and in our country will be marketed such world experience, in particular, same Portugals, and will is signed Law, bolting status social workman? Presently goes serious work on bill in sphere of the granting the social services. What place the questions of status and security of development workers will occupy in a new bill - time will show.

On today situation develops positively, and we can hope that soon in Kazakhstan, in the same way either as in many developed country of the world, profession of the social workman will possess legislative bolted warranty its high imaginary, legal and economic status.
