Implementation of innovative projects in education: problems and prospects

    In an age of advanced information and nano-technology, globalization processes, new environmental problems, qualitative changes occur in all public and state institutions, which pose new challenges for the educational sphere. One of the main goals of modern school is upbringing generation capable of radically unconventional solutions and, and will ensure that the transition to a qualitatively different level of existence of society and the state.

And to ensure this is possible with proper pedagogical mediation of tradition and innovation in modern educational and educational space. A modern school should become a territory where this mediation should be promoting the transition of society to a qualitatively new level of development!

Innovation is paid much attention to at the present stage in the national education policy. Innovation, innovation movement, innovative design, innovation in school is widely used in the pedagogical lexicon. The term innovation since the introduction of acquiring a new quality and innovation becomes (innovation). "Innovation" - is a process of qualitative changes anything, and the result of this change innovation. [2, 3,4]. 

Innovation policy covers the following areas of educational organizations : organization and methodical providing continuous advanced training of teachers of educational institutions , promoting their creative growth , professional fulfillment ; creation of a system of information and methodological support for the implementation of the new curriculum , the use of new teaching technologies and learning tools ; introduction of forms of distance learning as a modern learning technologies ; study, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational process , compilation and dissemination of teaching experience.

Occurring in the country socio-economic transformations require modernization of the education system with the aim of maximum adaptation to the realities of social life. The most important means renewal and modernization of education innovation processes are.

 Innovation process in education - the process of improving educational practice, the development of educational systems based on innovation [5]. It reflects the formation and development of the content and organization of the new [5].

Innovation process - integrated action on the creation, development, use and dissemination of modern or modernized innovations (theories, methodologies, technologies, etc.). This process of converting scientific knowledge into innovation, sequential conversion ideas into a product, technology or service; process motivated, focused, conscious, which works to translate the education system to a new qualitative state in development mode.

Feature of the innovation process - its cyclical nature, manifested in the structure of the next steps, which takes innovation: the emergence of the rapid growth in the struggle with his opponents, maturity, development, distribution, saturation, routinization of crisis.

The innovation process is set of procedures and means by which the teacher discovery or idea turn into a social, including educational innovation. Innovative processes should be distinguished from a local experiment or implementing individual innovations. For examlpe, the introduction of an additional elective course in the school does not make it innovative. Innovative activity is characterized by systematic, integral, integrity. Thus, the activity that provides the conversion of ideas into innovation, and also forms the process control system is innovative activity.

The most important condition for the success of innovation is the presence in school innovation environment - a certain system of moral-psychological relations, supported by a "complex of organizational, methodological, psychological, providing the introduction of innovations in the educational process of the school." [6]

An innovative environment includes such features: the ability of teachers to create, in the presence of a collective partnership and friendly relations, good feedback (with students, families, society), as well as a highly integrative characteristics of the group (common value orientations interests of targets).

In management practice various forms of integration of innovative efforts to improve the innovative capacity of the organization, involving teachers in innovation are known. This ongoing seminar on topical issues over which there is a school ; training and professional development; pedagogical , methodological advice , round table discussions ; business , role games heuristic to generate new teaching ideas ; creative work of teachers in the school, district MO ; self , work with scientific and methodological literature ; independent research , creative activity on the topic , participation in collective experimental research activities within the overall problem; workshops and trainings ; innovative learning technologies , interactive methods of scientific and methodological work ; innovation as a description of experience , speaking at scientific conferences , seminars ; creative reports on lessons learned from teachers. Result of innovative activity - specific changes in the object transformations, as an educational and pedagogical and administrative activity. Pedagogical monitoring allows continuous scientifically based diagnostic and prognostic monitoring of, the development of the innovation process, the quality of its management. Innovative processes occurring today in education, certainly lead to positive changes.

Thus, the process of innovations in the modern school is complex process, involving the creation, implementation, new educational technologies and their gradual spread to other units and elements of the educational space.
