TECHNIQUE OF TEACHING OF SPELLING AT RUSSIAN LESSONS

Type of activity: a practical lesson.

Objectives:

• to determine the place in the school spelling Russian course, its goals, objectives;

• become familiar with the methodology of studying spelling patterns and spelling rules;

• learn how to select a particular spelling exercises for the lesson;

• to build a creative approach to the teaching profession.

Plan.

1. Spelling in a school course of the Russian language, its place, purpose, goals, learning objectives.

2. Principles of Russian orthography, their purpose for learning spelling system.

3. Orthograms concept; orfogramm types, methods of their study. Orthographic rule, its structure and methodology of the study.

4. Basic methods and techniques of teaching spelling. Types of spelling exercises.

5. Dictation as a special means of training and supervision on spelling. Classification of dictation, their characteristics. Error prevention technique. Methods of working on the bugs.

6. Testing fragments lessons explain and consolidate topics:

- The letters û and after-ö.

- Confluent and separate writing íå and íè in negative pronouns.

– One and two letters of N in suffixes of full participles  and the adjectives formed from verbs.

– Spelling íå and íè with various parts of speech.

To develop fragments of a lesson of Russian on the offered subjects (on a choice), to issue the lesson abstract according to requirements to school documentation.  To be prepared for playing of fragments of a lesson on occupation.

III. Discussion of theoretical questions.

Teacher: Development in school students of spelling vigilance, strong spelling knowledge – one of important problems of training in their Russian since the competent letter provides the accuracy of expression of thought, mutual understanding of people in written communication. The task of the teacher when training spelling consists in the following: to create at being trained knowledge, skills in the correct writing of words with spelling patterns; to stir up cognitive activity of pupils through development of interest to studying of Russian, spelling. It should be noted that at the heart of spelling system conditional arrangements on how it is correct to write words lie. Laws of spelling are called as the spelling principles. The principles of spelling are ideas which are cornerstone of rules of spelling concrete language. On what rules the modern Russian spelling is under construction. The student's answer

Teacher: For effective work on spelling literacy of pupils, the teacher has to know not only the principles of spelling, but also to own a technique of training of spelling patterns and spelling rules. What is the spelling pattern? Call methods of studying of spelling patterns.

Teacher: Considering the listed factors, define sequence of exercises for fixing of the subject "Oh, E after Hissing and — C". (exercises are given on a presentation slide).

Teacher: One of fixed assets of training and control on spelling is the dictation. What is the dictation? Call classification of types of a dictation.

Teacher: Today we have consolidated knowledge on teaching one of the main sections of the modern Russian language - spelling. Defined a place, the purposes and tasks of this section in the school course of Russian, met with the basic methods and techniques of teaching spelling.
