Training in Foreign Languages.
Development of education in Kazakhstan
provides complex and deep modernization of education which based on the
principles of the state educational policy of our country defines from
positions of new methodological approach of the purpose and the content of
foreign-language education according to international and standard
requirements.
Foreign language studying as a subject and substantial
basis of-level model of foreign-language education there is a communicative
sphere within which the speech subject and structure of the standard situations
provide achievement of social and sufficient level of a foreign-language
training standard and transition to professionally focused foreign-language
education is defined.
Cultural forming system of foreign-language education modeled in the
form of-level training in a foreign language is based on principles which have
already justified of national educational system, the basic principles of world
educational systems, and also on the forecast of functioning of model in
changing social and economic conditions.
Radical
restructurings in a methodological, substantial and technological basis of
foreign-language education cause need of creation of uniform national system of
foreign-language education. The-level model of mastering by foreign languages
as the most meeting presents this system to modern requirements of society.
Training in foreign languages is carried out on the
European standard in three directions: training in a basic foreign language,
language for the special purposes where it is formed are professional abilities
with verbal activity through situations of professional communication allows
students to seize, and at last mastering by students by language for the
academic purposes (LAP) will provide continuity in training between a bachelor
degree and a magistracy and will give the chance them of receiving postgraduate
education abroad to language for the academic purposes. Foreign-language education in a complex
with other components of the content of education is urged to lay the
foundation for the intellectual and spiritual potential of the nation, to
promote the solution of social and economic problems, development of science,
culture, preservation of national traditions, familiarizing with universal
values, entry of Kazakhstan into world educational space.
The
essence communicative the focused training in foreign languages increases
importance of the methodical organization of process of training. In these
conditions carefully thought over organization of communicative and informative
activity in the form of strictly certain procedure is especially important.
Practically any task can be carried out (and it increases overall performance)
in 3 stages: preparatory; the executive; the total. )
Specifics of this purpose of preparation of students
consists in achievement of level of communication in a foreign language which
will allow to use it not only in narrowly professional (production and
scientific) types of work, but also for ensuring informative interests and
further self-education. According to requirements of this program, graduates
have to seize communicative competence and its making components (linguistic,
lingual-regional geographic, social lingual,
social and educational), necessary for the qualified and creative activity in
various spheres and creative in various spheres and situations of business
partnership.
The
system of components of a professional orientation of students isn't once
and for all created education changes in the presence
of internal factors and influence of external conditions is peculiar to it.
Therefore, efficiency of formation of a professional orientation of students
will be provided if internal factors of development of its components are
defined and the corresponding external psychology-pedagogical conditions for
effective course of process of formation of a professional orientation of
students are created.
Step-by-step acquiring of future social and professional role promotes
formation of as representative of a certain professional community. Especially
It should be noted value of communication for this period of age development of
the person. It is the most important and interesting kind of activity for
students. Communication of students becomes deeper and substantial, the area of
their spiritual and intellectual communication extends. Students are directed
on search of such contact which would allow them to feel understanding and
empathy them to feelings, thoughts, ideas, would provide emotional support in a
difficult life situation.
Thus, the
main features of different age which need to be considered at the organization
of educational process for the purpose of formation of a professional
orientation, consciousness development, critical evaluation of and people
around, definition of the place in society, analysis and reflection
development, creative self-expression as the main motive of activity, emotional
self-expression, need for communication are.
Approach to
training in foreign languages consists in creation for students in the course
of training of problem, non-standard situations, choice situations; the
organizations for students of creative types of work; activation of search
activity of students; ensuring a variety in study; creation for students of
situations of success in educational activity; the purposeful organization of
transition from an external goal-setting to the internal; organizations of
independent work of students.
