Milk - nutritional liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals.Natural purpose of milk - feeding calves (including humans)who are not able to digest other foods.[1]

Milk is easy to humans doctors at disease of the stomach. In the science of human milk is listed as a daily diet for adults and children.In the composition of the milk are useful ingredients useful for humans(proteins, carbohydrates, mineral substances, vitamins, fats, enzymes, hormones).  [2]

Milk taken from unhealthy cow might have a negative impact on the human body.  Еhe factors of contaminated milk include physiology cows are milked the common disease of animals in their care pasture and availability of medical propertiesetc.  To delete all harmful factors for the human body being very large requirements towards milk and dairy products.  In some cases, the modification of the composition and properties of raw milk under the influence of the physiological state of animal feed and other factors so significant, that it is not suitable for processing in dairy products. [3]

Milk should go through such tests as veterinary and sanitary epidemiological. On this basis, it was decided to find Auliyekol’s  milk.  The research was conducted on the basis of Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov Department of Veterinary sanitary. In Auliekol district milk is delivered three times a week from Dievka, Timofeevka,  Novonejenka and Novoselovka.  After checking all the documents milk, milk is used for verification. Milk tested for sensitivity and biochemical test. On the basis of such research conducted biochemical test . [4]

By looking at the table  40Сcan see that 15 hours no microoganisms. After 15 hours of observations one can see that the microorganisms have become more. At all stages of work great kolichestvo stood out against the bacteria and her dirt . When you consider all the rules researches it is possible to save a number of  microbes 1см3/105 .

In Auliekol sell more than 40 litres of milk.  The study found in milk offered for sale shows more sensitive indicators. Here biochemical examination: The pressure-1,007-1,029, the acid – 160Т, the fats-3,5%other supplements have not beenother supplements have not been identified . What is clear is that the product complies with State standards. According to the analysis of veterinary sanitary report milk is allowed to portage.

According to the results of the study Novokievskoe milk is not suited to the requirementbecause the milk was sour color white smelled acid and fat, not enough.At the entrance of the research with added water in the milk, it does not meet all the requirements, and therefore Novokievskoe milk is not allowed to trade. At the entrance of the conclusion of the study was found that Auliyekol milk and dairy products are suitable for all requirements.
