THEORETICAL JUSTIFICATION OF NEOTERIC CONCEPT
FORMATION OF THE ENETRPRISE MANAGEMENT
For the
last two centuries there has been the development of management science. However
XXI century is characterized by globalization processes causing financial
crisis, political opposition, accompanied by acts of war, as it was in early
2014 in the Crimea, the impoverishment
of countries , causing social protests against the country's leadership, as it
was in 2012-2014 in Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria.
During
the second half of the XX century certain views on corporate governance were
formed, which were based on the achievements of scientific thought in all
previous centuries - a systematic and situational approaches [ 1, p. 38].
The
systematic approach incorporated the best of management theory and the
situational approach is based on a combination of advanced concepts, such as
technocratic management, behaviorism, etc.
However,
these approaches in the globalization world, in which Ukraine is gradually integrating,
require certain adjustments. Thus, A. Kredisov, V. Kredisov, I. Panchenko
consider that a functional approach should be used in the management of
enterprises, since the activities of managers are based on the specific
functions. By the way, this approach was already offered by A. Foyol which
meant the general versatility, independence of organization, industry or
business or management. Also in conjunction with the listed approaches the role
approach is used. It takes into account the specifics of the staff and managers
[2 , p. 106-112 ].
A.
Kuzmin offered the process-structural approach to the enterprise management
that in his opinion absorbed all the advantages of the previous approaches [3].
A.
Kuzmin is supported by N. Petrishin, O. Pshyk-Kovalska, V. Zhezhukha. The
latter consider that the process-structural
management forms the basis for effective management in view of the fact
that it is of a complex character and combines process, systematic, dynamic and
functional approaches to form an integral continuity [4 , p. 198 ].
As
alreadyhas been mentioned, the globalization environment where businesses
operate causes a number of negative factors, therefore it is necessary not only
to establish the effective functioning of enterprises in the domestic
environment, but also to ensure appropriate measures against external
externalities.
Considering
these arguments the management of
enterprises is offered to be organized with regard to the following points:
to
unite all the latest concepts of management in relation to a particular company
in appropriate situations
to use
exactly the concepts that take into
account a situation;
permanently
improve skills of the company managers;
establish
a long-term forecasting of the company with regard to vectors of social
development of Ukraine;
organize
monitoring of changes in the external and internal environment
to form
preventive measures to avoid threats.
The
implementation of these provisions will enhance the level of management and
efficient operation of enterprises.
