information and level of preparation of specialists. For this purpose software
is developed for libraries.
The proposed
program object management database (DB) is implemented in Delphi on

Components
of the program: The main menu contains all the necessary tools to manage the project
with used components such as: TStatusBar, TGroupBox, TtoolButton, TBitBtn,
TEdit,, TStringGrid, TLabel, TTimer, TChart. Main menu options provide access
to the second level drop down menu.
Basic procedures and
functions:
procedure TForm6.BitBtn1Click
(Sender: TObject); - fragment of program code adds a new literature into the main
form.
procedure TForm2.BitBtn4Click
(Sender: TObject); - removes literature from the database.
procedure TForm2.Button1Click
(Sender: TObject); - searches for literature.
procedure TForm2.BitBtn6Click
(Sender: TObject); - removes data reader.
procedure TForm9.BitBtn1Click
(Sender: TObject); - stores the database.
User's guide: For the start of the program
the file of Project1.exe. is activated. An operation "Load" allows to place file data in a table (Picture
1). A function "Search", is carried out with "On the name",
"On an author", "On the year of edition". (Picture 2).

By means of the buttons «Delete"
and «Save" the operations of moving away of literature will be realized
from DB and maintenance of DB in a file.
By means of the button
"Move", the list of literature is carried in the personal card of
reader. There is possibility to produce the selection of literature and readers
on different criteria. Button "Create a report", allows forming a
report on a selection as a well-organized table in Microsoft Excel. For an exit from an appendix it is
necessary to activate the button "Close".
Realization of control system by
informative DB gives an opportunity to automatize registration of the personal
