It is for such periods is the development of any legal consciousness, whose main characteristic is the formation of new legal ideas of a new legal ideal, new legal values, new legal requirements and regulatory needs of new or updated or modernizedold. During the domination of justice during her absolute independence as a mechanism of legal regulation of social relations dominated by large individual, subjective and increasingly, not enough professional forms of consciousness, cultural knowledge, outstanding, but as a rule, opposition figures to the current government and the legal regime that define legitimate behavior and collective mass of primary and secondary subjects, or the legality of this measure as a lawful measure of its legitimacy. In these times, times of unconventional society, the old static legal system is incapable, and the new just beginning to take shape along with the new legal system idea as a new basis of consciousness, law and legal system.
