MODERN
APPROACH TO DETERMINATION OF ECONOMIC BEHAVIOUR OF
ENTERPRISE
The «economic behaviour
of enterprise» was spared the decisions of problem of determination of essence
of concept attention by scientists yet from times of origin of economic idea,
namely: A. Smith, A. Marshal, G. Shmoller, M. Veber, A. Shumpeter, I. Zombart.
But they became the founders of the basic idea of this concept, by which
already leading modern scientists showed out different interpretations in
relation to determination of concept of economic behaviour of enterprises in which a
considerable place is occupied by: N. Shibaeva (Feature of economic behaviour
of subjects of menage in the conditions of market transformation of economy),
G. Kaplenko (Forming of economic behaviour of enterprise), G. Sokolova (Economic behaviour), numerous
publications by N. Karachina («Economic behaviour: an evolutional aspect is in history
of scientific flows», «Improvement of process of forming of economic behaviour
of enterprises», «Conceptual of intercommunication and interconditionality of
categories «economic behaviour» and «strategy» of enterprise», «Evolutional going
near determination of model of economic behaviour», «Economic behaviour an enterprise in three-dimensional space:
potential, system, power», the «Economic behaviour of machine-building
enterprises: theory, methodology, practice of management»), which became basis
for the line of forming of range of interests of literature in certain
direction.
Probed the problems of
determination of essence of «economic behaviour» research workers almost two
hundred years and on the basis of these researches there was a model of «economic
man», conduct aspects of businessman, collective economic behaviour,
but not enough attention is spared terminology of economic behaviour
of enterprises of, which needs subsequent research and scientific search in this direction.
Modern research workers gave
different interpretations of economic behaviour of enterprises, but also until now
there is not the unique approach for interpretation of this category.
By N. Shibaeva under the
economic behaviour
of enterprise understands efficiency of aggregate of actions of being in a
charge subjects, which is directed on achievement of economic aims in the
conditions of the specific being in a charge systems taking into account the
valued options.
The economic behaviour
of enterprises depends on the terms of ménage, inherent the certain
economic system, but, from other side, a behavior can change the terms of
ménage, and consequently and type of the economic system.
In works by G. Kaplenko,
category a «economic behaviour of enterprise» is combination of appropriate actions,
which reproduces essence and character of economic activity, that conditioned
influencing of objective and subjective factors, for realization of priority
aims of enterprise in the conditions of choice and adaptation to the changes.
It goes to show that the behaviour of subject includes for itself the elements of
spontaneity, intuitional, impromptu. In addition, the economic behavior of
enterprise can have both purposeful and spontaneous character.
By A. Sokolova under an economic behaviour understands
to the choice of economic alternatives with the purpose of rational choice in
which charges are minimized and a net profit maхimized.
By N. Karachina under an
economic behaviour
understands combination of appropriate actions, which reproduces essence and
character of economic activity which is conditioned influencing of objective
and subjective factors, for realization of priority aims of enterprise in the
conditions of choice and adaptation to the changes.
Coming from the resulted
determinations and looks of different authors, to it is our opinion needed
concentrate attention on clarification determination self of economic behaviour
of trade enterprises, as trade is leading industry for economic development of
society and state.
To our opinion, an economic behaviour
of trade enterprise is combination of appropriate actions for realization of
priority aims of enterprise in the conditions of choice and adaptation to the
changes, which reproduces essence and character of economic activity of trade
enterprise of, which is related to the choice of economic alternatives with the
purpose of rational choice in which charges are minimized and a net profit maximized.
