Methodical development of science and technical equipment of the modern era has brought big changes in the sphere of education. In that regard pedagogical methods and principles, which are applied in learning process, ought to be advanced and updated. The implementation of the informational technology plays a major role in the course of updating educational sphere. Firstly, informational technologies enable students to comprehend the material plainly. Secondly, it is effective means of teaching.  Currently, fertile operation of informational technologies displays teacher’s level of knowledge and pedagogical expertise. In that learning technique, special methods and principles such as program and technical means (the computer, a notebook, a pad, an interactive board, video  equipment, etc.)   are applied to operate with information . In that case, the role of computer is vital. The computer is one of the most efficient devices which is used in learning process.  There are diverse pedagogical methods and principles: program training, cognitive training, etc. Computer operating, even without considering its technical and program capabilities, enables to exchange and collect the information over the Internet quickly.  By means of devices (audio-visual) communicative relations are able to be created. For instance, slide shows on professionally-oriented Kazakh language   could be demonstrated via the computer.  The student’s actions directly influence the image on the screen. It attracts student’s attention to self-improvement and also awakes interest in learning process. As a result of it, the information is perceived smoothly.

The implementation of multimedia programs, which stands out for illustration, might sometimes give a helping hand. Principal feature of multimedia is  the ability to use tables, texts, figures, diagrams, animation, sounds, numbers, drawings, etc. simultaneously. The multimedia blends student’s auditory and visual perception. Multimedia programs boost student’s interest when working with computer, i.e. which therefore creates a new relationship between a person and the computer. For sample, that program teaches correct pronunciation of specific letters and words peculiar only to the Kazakh language and to role-play particular situations. Moreover computer operating teaches students self-discipline and self-control. Because the computer provides that any work done by students could thereafter be monitored and checked. Accurate application of language material is mastered owing to spotting a mistake duly.  As our President mentioned: "In an age of technological innovation the youth of today needs to be provided with education of international level. Our ultimate goal is the efficient application of informational technologies".

The key factor in learning process is the role of one of the multimedia projects – slide shows. We can use slide shows for student’s independent works, clarification, visual demonstration of tables, charts, compilation of photo albums, etc. Still images on a projector screen or electronic display device are called slides. Each image is usually displayed for at least a few seconds before it is replaced by the next image. The changes may be automatic and at regular intervals or they may be manually controlled by a presenter or the viewer.  A slide show may be a presentation of images purely for their own visual interest or artistic value, sometimes accompanied by a description, text, or pictures or it may be used to clarify or reinforce information, ideas, comments, solutions or suggestions which are presented verbally. Slides could be modified, edited and simultaneously looked through.   For example, according to syllabus we have created some slide shows on professionally-oriented Kazakh language  on the following topics: "Kaznu – leading educational institution", "The mystery of digits in the Kazakh tradition", "Classics of mathematics", " Technological tycoon’s 10  Secrets ", etc.

Implementation of the modern technologies of multimedia devices enriches sense of educational process, influences learners, thereby boosting their interest in the Kazakh language, teaches them to apply the Kazakh language in all areas of life and also it establishes a close rapport between the teacher and students.

Professionally- oriented Kazakh language allows to gain skills of specialty and also arouses considerable interest in subject. Not only is the computer useful for learning the language, but also rewarding in training professional language of a particular specialty. Homework assignments have a certain significance when mastering and developing professional skills. When we are given the assignment to collect and represent the material on a particular subject using informational systems and the Internet we always work on our own.  Efficacious organization of homework assignments improves student’s participation and evolves creative thinking. Moreover that is one of the main objectives and tasks of the modern higher education. Therefore those assignments have dramatic effects on self-motivation,  expanding student’s understanding of specialty and making them think  in the Kazakh language. For instance,  when we are the students of “Computer science  and Software” specialty given assignment on the topic “ The latest technological systems” we seek for materials about the achievements in informational technologies by ourselves(for example: the 3D printer, Google - sunglasses, Skype – the TV set, robots, etc.). We give them definitions and design a slide – a slide show.  When defending the slide show we speak about its impact on data exchange and its capabilities, we express opinions and answer the given questions.

So far today, informational systems are one of the most efficient tools in teaching. Efficacious application of informational technologies could be of benefit to students in organizing the scientific research and solving the problem creatively using the state language.
