State of common lipids in
membranes and in blood plasma of rats at experimental models of
hypoestrogenemia during complex substituting therapy
Investigation of state of common lipids in erythrocyte membranes and in
blood plasma of rats after ovarioectomy and corresponding complex was carried
out. During experiment we determinated
, that the practical full restorations of cells membranes is in 6 weeks, but in
usual conditions biochemical dysbalance of lipids is during all time os
experiment.
Introduction
One of topical issues of modern gynecology is the fact of growth
quantity gynecologic diseases which demand surgery, especially against
rejuvenation of the contigent patients. It is established that isn't dependent
on operation volume, at women symptoms of surgical menopause develop in 80% of
cases.
Due to the deficiency of an estrogen develops metabolic changes, for
example, violations of carbohydrate and lipidic metabolism, a metabolism of
bone tissue, deterioration of rheological properties of blood and regulation of
vascular tone, psychological frustration. Pathogenic method of treatment is
replaceable hormonal therapy which is the only way which stops complications of averaga and heavy degree. One of known method diagnostic efficiency is
studing of a condition common lipids in membranes of a erythrocytes and blood.
Therefore a research objective is
styding of a condition common lipids at rats after an ovarioectomia against
complex substituting therapy.
Materials and methods.
Research conducted on 50 females of white rates line “Vistar” who
divided into 3 groups. In first group included rates who after a laparotomy
with a bilateral ovarioectomy are received complex substuting therapy in form
of the preparates “Estrlane”, “Krinon”, “Erbinole”. The second group included
rats whom after operation didn't intend replaceable therapy. It was divided by
that principle, as the first group. The third group-healthy rats.
Equipment of operations
Operation was performed under a radio
anesthesia. After a median laparotomy , a ovary brought out of an abdominal
cavity and carried out a bilateral
ovarioectomy. After there, abdominal
wall powered with an antibiotic and layer-by-layer sewed up.The
conditions of process oxidation lipids is estimated on level of common lipids
in membranes erythrocytes on V.S. Kamishova's method. Condition of the common
lipids in membranes erythrocytes determined by a spektrofotometrical method.

criterion removal Student's

Results of
research and their discussion.
In 2 weeks after an ovarioectomy of rats as main and control group had
an imbalance of lipids. In membranes there were less them 29%-30%, and in
plasma increased by 28%. Till 4 weeks in main group stabilazation of
biochemical indicatory of blood, where they made on membranes (0,69+(-) 0,2)
and in plasma (3,16+(-) 0,20) was observed, in comparison with indicators of
condition common lipids in the main group gave doubtfull chracter. Thus, the
conducted biochemical researches, allowed to come a conclusion that surgery
leads are violation of integrity membranes and washing away lipids. Carrying out
complex stabilizes indicate the 4 week, and approaches them to indicators of
healthy rats on the 6th week.
Conclusion
1.Ovariectomy is accompanied by violation of integrity membranes of
cells, that leads to decrease in quantity of the common lipids
in membranes of erythrocytes and their grouth in blood plasma.
2. Use of complex substituting therapy has membranestimulation effect.
