TO THE EDUCATION OF "INFORMATION"

 

Abstract

This article focuses on our understanding of the word "informatization" and "learning environment" and the output of a particular educational environment and a variety of educational environment

    Introduction

    Education - the result of digestion of systematized knowledge, experience and skills; a necessary condition to training a human for life and work. 

  It seems that the definition of education become outdated and incomplete, due to significantly change requirements of time to education as a result.

  The Education Law refers to the goal-oriented process of upbringing and training to the benefit of human, society and state, followed by affirmation of individual achievement (trainee) of established by the government educational levels (educational qualifications).

    Education - the process and result of a highly educated, critically thinking individual that capable to continuous self-teaching, enhance its cultural, educational and professional level. An important result of the training process of human is not the systematized knowledge, it is developing the ability to think critically and adapt to rapidly changing technologies in all spheres of human activity.

    Informatization – the socio-economic and scientific-technical organized process of creating the optimal conditions to meet the information needs and realization rights of citizens, public authorities, local governments, organizations, public associations on the basis of formation and use of information resources.

    Informatization of education - we understood as sphere of formation the theory and practice of developing and using modern new information technologies to the implementation of psycho-pedagogical training and upbringing purposes.

   We are interested in the educational environment as a kind of social environment, considered from philosophical, psychological, social and educational positions

    Education environment is multifaceted, holistic social and psychological reality that is providing material and spiritual conditions to the person for its educational activities, providing the necessary set of psychological and pedagogical conditions for human diving into the flow of information purposefully prepared and how it is presented to the study, all-round development of personality.

    The concept of the educational environment is considered by many authors with different full reflection of essence. In work of Litvinenko S.V. there is a description of concept for the educational environment of educational institutions: "It (the concept) reflects the aggregate information resources of educational institutions, educational technologies and the educational process, implemented under the uniform principles of construction and providing a full cycle or part of its logical conclusion."  

    Considered the concept of "information-educational environment" includes the word "information" may be excessive at first glance, since the educational environment cannot be "non informational". But here, most likely, the prefix emphasizes the desire of the modern period of society development to build an educational environment based on present information technology. Based on the above, under the word "information" we mean a modern information technology as the technological basis in construction of information-educational environments.

     Derive the following definition of information-educational environment.  

     Information-educational environment – is multi-faceted, holistic psycho-social reality, which provides the necessary set of psychological and pedagogical conditions, modern teaching technologies and software-methodical teaching tools that are based on modern information technologies with providing the necessary support cognitive activities when working with information resources.

    Approach to creating informational and educational environment should reflect not only the set of essential, pre-prepared, adjusted according to age of content and illustrated material, but also development of the technological basis (methodologies, techniques, and modern learning tools) that allows to design and maintain control of cognitive activity. Environment should be: constantly changing; taking into account the individual characteristics of the learner; the range of his interests; the process of self-search, setting of the problem and ways of its solutions; providing a continuous process of human growth in professional and general education plan.

    Information and objective environment - a kind of informational and educational environment focused primarily on the search of information flows and work with them in a certain subject area.  

    Scientifically-professional learning environment – is a kind of informational and educational environment focused on supporting and developing the abilities of students to creative analytical approach in achieving their own (the first couple with the help of a teacher or other authoritative person) problem, which solution is the result of scientific and practical significance.

    Professional interactive information environment is multifaceted, integrated reality, which is providing a set of conditions for realization professional activities by specialist based on the use of modern computer technology and telecommunications facilities. These provide not just dipping specialist into his interested professional environment, but also provide possibility for participant of this environment to understand the correctness of his solution for specific task, obtain and evaluate the reaction of colleagues to the process of achieving results and significance of the results.

   Conclusion

   The development of the world community, the rate of growth in scientific and technological development, the precipitation of rate in social development, the necessity to strengthening economic, political, religious, cultural and other ties - all of these contribute to the formation of educational field.
