Internet-technologies in derivation
The big attention is given
possibilities of new information and telecommunication technologies which
output derivation on a new level, provide an easy approach to educational
resources to wide layers of the population irrespective of a place of residing.
Network technologies of the Internet are a determinative in development of
remote methods of training and implementation of idea of continuous derivation.
Network technologies have
allowed to create essentially new informational educational the
Internet-environment which provides ample opportunities for educational
activity, significally influences reallocation of roles between participants of
educational process and is a powerful resource for individual, group and
collective dialogue and training.
It is important, that teachers
and students have felt, that the involvement in activity helps them to look the
Internet in a new fashion at the world, to feel itself as a part of the world
community, to save of limitation of sights, to expand the outlook - but also in
a new fashion to look at itself, to feel itself as the citizen of the open
society representing to the world the HIGH SCHOOL, the city, the country.
The Internet is the powerful
and convenient tool of transmission of the information, and only on users
depends, as it to use. Is one global network one of synonyms of the open
society, possibility to find adherents, to use libraries and to visit virtual
museums of all world, at last, most to enlarge them, for others -
"dump" of the various information or a way " to kill time
".
Therefore important not easier
to give Internet connection, but also to help teachers and students to become
full members of network community, instead of passive consumers of its
resources.
As to direct our educational
institution it is supposed:
1) Training the Internet-technologies of pedagogical frames and
administration with simultaneous development of system of encouragements
2) Usage
of the Internet in professional development of teachers
3) Mastering data domains
4) Usage
of the methodical developments promoting implantation of multimedia
technologies in a practice.
5) Problem
solving administration
6) Solution of a problem of necessity of access to the Internet to
each interested person
7) Popularization of usage national the Internet-technologies in
derivation
In our HIGH SCHOOL significant
sizes of scientifically-methodical developments of the best teachers are
accumulated. In the long term we think to publish in a network this most
valuable information, to issue it in the form of, providing convenient access
(a HTML-format or a format of specialized databases).
It would be desirable, that
has received a wide circulation of an expert of discussion of pedagogical
problems during forums, videoconferences and chats that teachers could raise
the professional level discuss problems with colleagues and on a regular basis
receive the fresh information on the important events, persons, competitions
and seminars.
The main thing here -
possibility of a feedback. Always it is possible to express the approval or
disapproval seen, and it is possible to gain new friends. Still it is supposed
to create a database of graduates.
We assume, that by means of
the Internet-technologies teachers and students of our educational institution
will work with archives, to use powerful system of navigating, to participate
in research projects, actively using descriptions, historical documents and
other informational sources.
It would be desirable to
create virtual laboratories and museums as result of research and development
operation of our students.
The project is supposed to be
realized stage by stage, with usage first of all least financial demanded
resources. At each stage of operation it is supposed to organize different
courses on a level and seminars for employees of our HIGH SCHOOL and the
students, preparing theoretical base for the problem solving, meeting on a following
level of implementation of the project. At the first stage teachers and
students will have an opportunity to use in the various purposes e-mail and the
services the Internet accessible through it (first of all various electronic
conferences and mailing lists). Implicating of teachers and students in active
using e-mail will acquaint them at an initial level with structure of a
wide-area network, and also will promote mastering by multimedia technologies.
All of them should be composed
so that the computer became not end in itself, and only logical and very
effective addition to educational process.
