Grozny combined unit GK-3 (11 refinery plant JSC "APCC") is intended for refining desalted and dehydrated and oil products to yield intermediates, raw materials for other processes, whose goal is to provide an additional amount of light fractions. Is currently one of the leaders of emission of harmful substances into the environment.

In order to protect the environment, we propose the following measures:

- To reduce industrial emissions of sulfur oxides on the catalytic cracking unit in a fluidized bed catalyst regenerator introduced PS-17. Initial loading of PS -17 catalysis 5-8 % by weight on the catalyst circulating in the system, hereinafter uploading. The daily amount of 140-150 kg / day. The principle of operation of PS -17 catalyst is that part of the metal oxide catalyst reacts with sulfur dioxide to form sulfides which are then getting together with the regenerated catalyst to the reducing environment of the reactor are decomposed with formation of hydrogen sulfide and metal oxide. And hereinafter, "path", together with hydrogen sulfide cracking reaction products are sent to a separation distillation column.

Catalyst caught by cyclones of first and second stage, are injected into the fluidized bed regenerator.

- Position in the regenerator CC GK-3 for a long time operated twelve groups of two-stage cyclone, which had no protective coating of the inner surface, whereby there was a strong erosive wear inlet and the body to form through holes.

In accordance with the results of calculation of gas flow in the regenerator are eight groups of two-stage cyclones inner diameter of the cylindrical portion of 1200 mm.

Selected geometric parameters of cyclones make it with high dust collection efficiency, reaching a two-tier system for the whole 99.99%. Due to this gas dust outlet from the regenerator does not exceed 105-120 mg/m3.

With such low catalyst losses eliminates the need for a permanent return to the regenerator cyclones captured outrigger catalyst. This very fine catalyst is advisable to accumulate in the hopper and periodically export it to the dump.

Implementation highly erosion-proof cyclones significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection system regenerator of CC GK-3 JSC "APCC".

- Installation of safety valves to protect the equipment in case of pressure over predetermined technological standards;

- Control of gas concentration in objects 203;

- To prevent soil contamination when emergency spills concreted area of technological platforms and enclosed rim;

- Drainage drains and straits with flanged sites objects collected in the drain tank and then transported to the treatment plant JSC "APCC".

- To monitor the quality of groundwater and oil content in it are arranged by supervisory control wells (wells).

To capture oil from groundwater along the Angara River in the territory of the refinery operates drainage system.

The proposed rehabilitation and replacement of the catalyst to a more effective PS-17 will not only improve the process technology, but also significantly reduce the emission of harmful substances into the environment.
