TERMS AND DYNAMICS OF
ACTIVITY OF AN IMAGO OF GADFLIES OF THE SORT G. INTESTINALIS DEPENDING ON
SUMMER WEATHER CONDITIONS IN “NURAY” LLP OF THE FEDOROVSKY AREA OF KOSTANAY
REGION
Horse breeding as the animal
husbandry branch, has essential economic value in any country. In the millennia
the horse, truly, served and continues to serve the person, and all history of
development of human society, during the entire periods, is constantly bound to
it. At the majority of the people the horse was used as the main draft force in
various works and transport, and till today it is, the cheapest type of
transport and did not lose relevance. The role of a horse and in the history of
the people of our country was great. The main production received from a horse
- meat and milk, are the most valuable dietary food, and even treatments of the
person.
Concrete data on activity of an
imago of gadflies, number, depending on terms of their activity, terms of the
first emergence and the termination of summer of gastric gadflies in the
territory of the Fedorovsky area in references by me it was not found. In this
regard the task also was set, started studying terms activities of an imago of
gadflies of horses, their number depending on activity terms.
The first emergence of an imago of
gadflies of horses was registered from I-II decades of June, and the
termination of a season of their summer in the I-III decades of September.
Results of my supervision and registration of staff of Nuray LLP are presented
in table 1.

As follows from table 2 data,
appearance of the first females of gadflies about horses is registered from
June 5 to June 17, and the termination of a season of summer of gadflies from
September 2 to September 27. Duration of a season of summer of gadflies by
years fluctuates from 79 to 87 days, and on the Fedorovsky area averaged 82
days.
For a year (2013) of supervision,
summer of an imago of gastric gadflies, it is close free horses of various age
and fatness, we collected the data confirming dependence of intensity of summer
of gadflies from environment temperature and a solar insolation. The analysis
of data that at a daily average temperature from 18 °C to 20 °C for a year of
supervision I registered 22 days of high activity of females of gastric
gadflies (at the accounting of five and more females near a control horse in 30
minutes of supervision), at a temperature from 21 °C to 25 °C - 18 days, from
25 °C and above - 4 days, at 87 days of summer of an imago of gadflies on the
average during the season. On the fall of activity of summer of an imago of
gastric gadflies weather conditions have essential impact: air temperature and
illuminating intensity fall, fogs and settlings.
By supervision it is noted that
years of an imago of gadflies of the sort G. intestinalis it was observed in a
temperature schedule of an ambient air from 15 °C to 30 °C. At decrease or
increase in these parameters of years stopped. Such indexes as the wind speed,
the relative humidity in attention did not undertake. Therefore dynamics of
activity of summer of gastric gadflies (fig. 1) graphically represents the
curve having to 4-5 peaks of high activity during the season. The beginning of
high activity of an imago of gadflies during a season of 2013 is noted since
June 20. Recession of high activity of summer of an imago was registered since
August 29 according to.
In this case 5 peaks of high
activity of summer of an imago of gastric gadflies were observed and their
quantitative increase falls on July and for the first decade of August, as
determines calendar terms of scheduling and carrying out preventive and medical
actions.
