PREVENTION OF IODINE
DEFICIENCY BY SEDIMINOM DRUG IN THE CATTLE FARMS OF NEZHINKA, NOVOSELOVKA
DISTRICT NAMED GABIT MUSREPOV, NORTH KAZAKHSTAN REGION
For the development of preventive measures was
organized production experiment. For this purpose, two groups were matched with
10 cows each. Group formed by analogy, ie animals of the same breed, similar in
age, weight, performance, conditions of feeding and housing .
Experimental group
number 1 to the basic diet additionally received intramuscularly once 10ml drug
sedimin , second - served as a control . For experimental animals to observe,
and if necessary, carry out a clinical examination by the standard technique.
Before starting the
experiment autumn 2013 and after the spring 2014, blood samples were taken and
sent to the district veterinary research laboratory.
Determined amount of
hormone thyroxine in serum by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).
The drug is added
to the basic diet - sedimin - is an aqueous mixture of iodine and selenium
compounds on the basis of stabilizing zhelezodekstranovogo complex. 1 ml of the
preparation contains : 18 - 20 mg / ml iron , 5.5 - 7.5 mg / ml of iodine ,
0.07 - 0.09 mg / ml stabilized selenium (corresponds 0.16 - 0.20 mg / ml sodium
selenite ) , a balanced mixture of trace elements. Sterile, non-volatile ,
opaque liquid dark brown color, well miscible with water. Release in dark glass

development of animals increases their resistance to disease and promotes
large-fruited prolifically .
