THE
INFLUENCE OF Oligoethers ON THE IMMUNOLOGICAL AND
BIOLOGICAL REACTIVITY OF
EXPERIMENTAL
ANIMALS
Kharkiv medical academy of postgraduate education, Ukraine
Introduction. Water
objects industrially developed districts in many cases came from the natural
condition, and became the so-called transport, energy, water and at the same time, the
sewer system. The presence of îligoethers in the domestic water,
drinking, and cultural and social values and determined the relevance of this
work.
The aim of the work is the
study of the influence of îligoethers - L-564-14,7 mg/kg; PG-100-15,4 mg/kg and L-294-2,5
mg/kg of an animal weight on immunological and biological reactivity of the
organism of experimental animals.
Materials and methods of research. Immunobiological reactivity
was studied on white rats (Wistar population), guinea pigs, rabbits (Chinchilla
breed) chinchilla and mice hybrid line (ÑÂÀõÑ57ÂL)F1 and BALB/C. The ability of îligoethers to sensitizing action was
estimated on guinea pigs and rabbits. The threshold dose was established on
white rats in subacute experiment with use of three immunologic tests: the
reaction of specific lysis of leukocytes, the reaction of specific
degranulation of basophils, and the reaction of specific agglomeration of
leukocytes.
Îligoethers in 1/10 LD50 hampered the incorporation of the lymphomyeloid cells 3H- thymidine, 3H-uridine and 14C-leucine, which testifies to the inhibition of the
synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein in the immunocompetent organs (table 1).

Integrated assessment of the
impact of îligoethers on immunobiological
reactivity of the organism is not found allergic and irritant properties in
this group of compounds. It was found out, that they are able to inhibit
cellular and humoral immunity. Inactive dose was 1/1000 LD50, that
was for L-564-14,7 mg/kg; PG -100-15,4 mg/kg and L-294 - 2,5 mg/kg of an animal weight.
The effect of îligoethers on the cellular and humoral
immunity reactions of experimental animals in subacute experiment was studied. The change/inhibit in the differentiation,
proliferation and cooperative of cellular and humoral immunity reactions under
the influence of îligoethers in 1/10 LD50 was obtained that are accompanied with decrease in
immunologic resistence of the organism. These results are the basis of
the formation of pathological conditions
of warm-blooded animals.
Results. The oligoethers in doses of
1/10 LD50 inhibit the incorporation of 3H-thymidine, 3H-uridine and 14C-leucine
into lymphomyeloid cells in the spleen of intact
and immunized mice. It testifies to the inhibition of the synthesis of DNA, RNA
and protein in the immunocompetent organs. Integrated assessment of the impact
of îligoethers on immunologic reactivity of
the organism is not found allergic and sensitizing properties in this group of
compounds. It was found out, that they are able to inhibit cellular and humoral
immunity. The dose of 1/1000 LD50 (that consists of 14.7 mg/kg for
L-564; 15.4 mg/kg for PG-100 and 2.5 mg/kg for L-294) was inactive.
