Some theoretical basis for the cooperation of teachers with parents

Modern society puts before the participants of the educational process in secondary schools of the new requirements to the system of upbringing, education, development of the young personality, and also accounting for the peculiarities of modern family as a small group of companies. We believe that the formation of a child is only possible where the main means of education are welcome, respect and understanding between parents, teachers, educators and parent groups.

Taking care of effective communication with parents, the teacher should consider the importance of these principles:

1. The invitation of the parents to cooperate. Friendliness, openness in communication with parents is the first step to cooperation with them.

2. The position of compliance of equality. Joint efforts of teachers and families of the student is possible under the mutual recognition of their equality.

3. Recognition of the importance of parents in cooperation. The teacher should always focus on the important role of parents in the upbringing and development of the child.

4. The expression of love, of dedication to their child. Parents, feeling the kindness of the teacher, more willing to communicate with him, are configured to cooperate.

5. The search for new forms of cooperation. A particularly useful exchange of views with parents to establish mutual understanding with children.

We believe, that successful socio-professional self-determination of senior pupils, in particular, it is necessary to organize effective interaction between the staff and parents to achieve a positive result. Once we define that invested in the concept of ,,interaction. The interaction includes:

- general understanding of the purpose of socio-professional orientation relative to the particular student;

- combines the assignment of specific tasks, solution of which ensures the achievement of the objectives (should the task to write and discuss);

- distribution of tasks between teachers, headmasters, psychologists and parents (of course, it is important to consider the real possibilities of those who will undertake the tasks);

permanent mutual control over the execution of the planned tasks and timely correction of problems and their artists, if responsible for the implementation demonstrate passivity or a lack of understanding [2, p. 24].

Conducting group sessions with parents, it is necessary to acquaint them with the psychological and physiological characteristics of early adolescence. Together to discuss the importance of socio-psychological support at the stage of entering high school students into adulthood, to conclude what personality traits that help children become popular, you need to develop and shape them.

During the lecture-discussions ,,The role of the family in the process of socio-professional self-determination of seniors please note that the main source of professional information for young people are family and relatives. This informal channel of profinformation is the most affordable and most flexible with the organic elements of feedback. But it is not universal and is always in a certain way oriented, which often leads to the formation of children's inadequate understanding of the social significance, the contents and the working conditions of representatives of different professions.

Together with the parents develop joint program activities of families and schools by socio-professional orientation, which has educational, developmental and formative in nature and includes several areas:

- to complete the formation of motivation of choice of future professional life, which was based on a weighted needs positive desires, cognitive interest and conscious belief;

- enrichment of the worldview of high school students and moral education;

development of general abilities necessary for success (arbitrariness, self-control, internal action plan);

- formation of social-moral qualities (the ability to work in a team, to take on the responsibility of the leader and obey the terms of cooperation with colleagues, be friendly, caring, reliable, able to enjoy and empathize).

All of these socio-pedagogical problem needs to be solved in the educational process and in the process of family education, but their solutions in the family are somewhat different. Young people need to know that the parents he can always count on the help and support that parents with him experiencing the joys and difficulties, successes and failures. Family and friends help the learner to perceive failures as temporary.

A.   Makarenko said: ,,Education is a process of social... Brings up everything: people, things, events, but first and foremost – people.Of them in the first place – parents and teachers” [1, p. 104]. Only in cooperation with parents to achieve their educational goals – education of the individual, ethical, creative and healthy person. Thus, the work with parents is to provide the necessary information and guidance regarding the correct approach to a high school senior in the process of socio-professional identity through psycho-educational workshops, thematic parent meetings, collaborative creative assignments, the total fees and the like.
