Develop database of electronic
documents as a method of integration of management systems NDFZ: ISO 9000, ISO
14001, OHSAS 18000, and statistical methods for quality assurance
In
the "Address to the Nation of Kazakhstan" January 27, 2012, the Head
of State NA Nazarbayev has identified 10 key areas, the implementation of which
will strengthen the economy, the stability of our society and the welfare of
the people.
The
development of a market economy in Kazakhstan has identified new priorities for
the development of production: increasing the competitiveness of manufactured
products in Kazakhstan, the creation of security system products consumed in
order to enter the international market./1/
According
to ISO 9000:2000, the principle of continuous improvement of the organization
as a whole (hence its QMS) is one of the eight basic principles of quality
management. In implementing this principle, guided by the recommendations to
improve the quality management system are given in ISO 9004:2000. The essence
of these recommendations is that all the systems (in the processes of the
organization must be constantly subjected to measurement, analysis
improvements. This team should be engaged in work processes, all members of the
team under the leadership of the owners and for the overall coordination of
leadership. Continuous improvement leads to an annual improvement in the weight
of the entire organization 10-20%. If we talk about the life cycle processes,
particular attention should be. stage of research and product development.
These are the integrated tools and methodologies to improve quality:

A collective work in teams, analyzing the types and consequences of failure
modes (FMEA-methodology), quality function deployment (QFD-methodology), the
methodology of reengineering, benchmarking methodology, the methodology of
"Six Sigma", a methodology (methods, approaches) Geniti Taguchi,
methodology of self-esteem , methodology of solving problems.
One
of the innovative integration of management systems will present the
development of electronic document database "IMS +".
On
the basis of analysis: product quality, organizational and managerial
characteristics of management systems as a tool to improve the quality of
products has been developed, "IMS +".
This
database was developed in the editor MO Access 2007. It provides all the
documents ISM, including the systematization of the analysis of product quality
NDFZ: yellow phosphorus, phosphoric acid and sodium tripolyphosphate, as well
as the dynamics of the questionnaire for consumers.

2 To open the user
profiles have to enter the "QMS documentation" ( документации СМК),
then choose a subfield of "communication with consumers", (связь с
потребителями) click on the tab in front of the customer profile (double
click), pop-up window, click to open, as shown in Figure 2.

2.1 Following the
implementation of the action, paragraph 2, "opening the
questionnaire" (открытие анкеты), a window privetstiviya questionnaire.
In order to pass the
questionnaire have to click "Answer the questions" (Ответить на
вопросы), the pop-up window, click the "New profile" (Новая анкета),
then fill in the questions and click "Save" (Сокранить) and then
"We thank you for the answers" (Мы благодарим вас за ответы), as
shown in Figure 3.

2.2 In order to view
the survey results should do the following: the welcome screen users press the
"survey results" (Результаты
анкетирования), then press the button to
exit out.
3 To open the
statistical methods of quality products should enter the "QCD" (ОТК), then select the subfield "Statistical methods for
analysis of production" (Статистические методы анализа продукции), click
on the tab in front of the desired product (double click), pop-up window, click
to open, as shown in Figure 4.
