Globalization is the trend of world development

The trend of globalization - is the continued consolidation, integration of human communities, now on a global level. Globalization is manifested in various spheres of reality.

Political - gradual transformation of states into a single international political system by creating a global political bodies, employees coherence between policy decisions representatives of different countries. In addition to the UN, there are other global organizations, coordinating the policy of states in various spheres of life.. The World Food Organization, the World Bank for Reconstruction and Development, etc. An important step towards globalization are regional groupings such as the European Union with its own parliament and the courts.

Economic - the emergence of transnational corporations that cover, like tentacles, the globe ("Sony", "Philips", "Samsung", etc...). You buy a color TV Japanese company "Sony", but it turns out that it is made in Malaysia, Taiwan, Hungary or any other country. Appear and global financial institutions like the IMF and so on. N.

Information - the emergence of global communication systems such as the Internet, creating a belt around the Earth information and confirms the concept of the noosphere. There is a connection globalization trends and information, enhancing synergistic effect. Information networks entangle the web of the world in which people find themselves caught up in all corners of the planet.

Transport - the emergence of new means of transport (aircraft, and in the near future and space), allowing quick access to any point of the globe. Now the lines of communication are becoming global, and interests of the state as well.

Environment - detection of limited land resources and the intensification of the struggle for them, increasing the impact on the environment in general and adverse environmental consequences of such exposure. Previously humanity experienced local and regional environmental crises that could lead to the death of any civilization, but did not interfere with further progress of the human race as a whole, the present-day ecological situation is fraught with global environmental collapse, because modern man is destroying mechanisms holistic functioning of the biosphere on a global scale. This circumstance and allows us to speak about the presence of the global environmental crisis and the threat of environmental catastrophe.

Demography - a sharp increase in the total world population and the growing imbalance of population distribution on the Earth's surface that increased human pressure on the biosphere and sharpen the overall situation on the globe.

Military - the creation of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear weapons), which are capable of destroying not only humanity, but almost all life on the planet.

Culture - the development of a universal science and the global mass culture. Intensifies the struggle for dominance and cultural pressures intensified. This is especially characteristic of American culture. Our country is now more American films demonstrated than domestic, which makes paraphrase Lenin's words thus: "Of all the arts for us is the most important American cinema." Towards globalization in the cultural sphere is the trend of integration of national cultures in a single global culture, the statement in English as an international language of communication.

The trend of globalization has reached such a stage that now we have entered the era of globalization, which replaced the era of great geographical discoveries. How long is the era of globalization, it is not known. In the previous era, too, spoke of something global, such as the worldwide mission of religion, but it was the abstract conversations. Now such attempts have found a concrete basis.

At the global level, great importance attaches to cultural differences. The more modern conflicts have a global dimension, the statement is more true that modern conflicts - a clash of civilizations.

Now you want to create a new global order, and the main question - how it will be built: from a position of strength (that is trying to implement the US), or from the standpoint of sustainable development. Evolution globalization will, apparently, to a certain end, but when this occurs is unknown. How many centuries will need to unite the world into a single political system, scientists can not tell.
