SCIENTIFIC AND SUPPORTIVE BIBLIOGRAPHY IN THE SYSTEM OF SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION

One of interdisciplinary problems is the problem of determining the place of scientific and supporting bibliography in a system of scientific communication. Nowadays there are no any new similar investigations of the literature available for us. We investigated the problem of scientific communication in the social aspect, the development of communication tools in the system of human needs. These activities should include scientific works of D. Praysa, T.  Kuna, U. Harveya and others. Foreign scholars in the field of computer science and library science communication studied the communication question in terms of the new information technologies impact, interconnection and information technology aspects. These are research of Ch. Midou, K. Muyersa, K.Cheri et al. Problems of communication, library and bibliographic activities studied R. Hilyarevskyy, Yu. Shreyder, A. Korshunov and others.

Thus, scientific communication as a set of processes representation, transmission and reception of scientific information is the main mechanism of functioning and development of science. “Scientific communication is a set of types of professional communication in the scientific community, one of the main mechanisms for the development of science tool of interaction between researchers and examination of the results” by definition of S. Lebedev. It is known that the basis of scientific communication is the professional communication of scholars, which is provided through research and supporting bibliography and biobibliography. So, biobibliographic index can be considered as a model of scientific creativity and scientific one means of scientific communication.

Research supporting bibliographies dedicated to outstanding scientists are issued usually within certain series. The example is the all- series ' Biobibliography scientists of Ukraine ", which was founded back in 1968. It is mainly represented by indexes dedicated to the scientists of the Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the NAS of Ukraine. Thus, commemorative boards dedicated to the outstanding scientist in the field of Law and Economics, Academician of NAS of Ukraine V. Mamutov, scientists and economists, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Laureate of the USSR Academy of Sciences O. Schlichter and NAS of Ukraine Tugan –Baranovsky, Academician of NAS of Ukraine M. Chumatchenko .

In a series of research libraries Donetsk National Technical University "Bibliography scientists DNTU " you can see indexes, lists which are devoted to outstanding scientists of the University, bibliographies of published works of the faculty . The structure of bibliographies is traditional: an essay on scientific, educational and social activities, key dates in the life and activity of the scientist, a chronological index of publications and publications of a scientist. In recent years, there were issued the following bibliographies and lists like: "Baltaytys Victor Azarov ", "Michael A. Bogomolov," "Hulyaev Vladimir Georgiyovych" and others. A special place among bibliographies has publications of Donetsk branch of Shevchenko Scientific Society. In the last decade bibliographic indexes of Scientific Library of Donetsk National University are actively published. Examples may include indexes dedicated to such scientists as: M. Belyavtsev , M. Hirshman, Y. Otin, V. Hrystianovskiy, B. Shaldyrvan and others.

The index that is widely used throughout the world to assess the work of scientific research is citation index. One of the leading scientists in the field of economy of Ukraine is a professor V. Goncharov. Summarizing the research activities in the XX Century, International Biographical Centre of Cambridge University included Professor V. Goncharov among the scientists who presented with an honorary diploma of "2000 XX century intellectuals " for contribution to the development of mechanisms for economic development of Ukraine. Compiled Bibliographic directory "index of citing papers of Professor V. Goncharov " N.  Lytvynenko and S. Ryabovoya attempt to show the widespread employment of Professor V. Goncharov by scientists from different countries.

Another index, which is an example of the structure, and submitted reference and bibliographic information is a reference of bibliographies scientists of Luhansk National University of Internal Affairs "Training of scientific-pedagogical personnel of higher qualification in Luhansk National University of Internal Affairs (1994-2007 years). More than 80 percent of the research and teaching staff of the University consists of highly qualified : academicians and corresponding members , doctors and professors, associate professors and Ph.D., winner of the NAS of Ukraine, students of the Center for the Study of Organized Crime, American University, Washington ) and others.

Thus, we can see that an important role in biobibliography text books publication belongs to the scientific libraries of the institutions of higher education and research institutions.
