Key questions of the development of
education
Analyzing a condition of
innovative processes at the level of the Kazakhstan schools, it is possible to
come to a conclusion that transformations affected three aspects, namely:
- the social and economic;
- the psychology and
pedagogical;
- organizationally -
administrative.
Educational cognitive activity
is the activity having the contents mastering the generalized ways of actions
in the sphere of scientific concepts on condition of personal activity of
pupil. It provides interest trained in receiving new knowledge, its active
participation in mastering by them.
Educational
activity - education, difficult on structure. The following elements enter
it: educational and informative motives; educational tasks and the educational
operations making their operator contents; control; assessment.
The social and economic aspect
is caused by interaction of school with the environment presented as the
population in the person of pupils and their parents, and production objects
which can be strategic partners in formation of school of new type. The
psychology and pedagogical aspect lays in the interaction plane "the pupil
– the teacher".
Using the international
educational technologies, it is possible to take out useful that will promote
formation and development of values of the person already at a stage of primary
school education. In particular, we will stop on coaching.
The
formulation of educational tasks for occupation coaching.
Coaching purpose: to teach
teachers to apply in educational process Blum's Taxonomy to increase of
efficiency of a lesson.
An educational task was:
- to create benevolent climate
in collective;
- to cause interest in a
subject;
- to open essence and
understanding of Taxonomy of Blum;
- to teach teachers to make
questions on Blum's taxonomy;
- to create skills of carrying
out group work for successful interaction of teachers.
The
description of the performed work on coaching occupation (working process,
tasks).
On coaching the following
tasks were performed:
Greeting "A hand to a
hand …". Purpose of a task - creation of a psychological spirit that
teachers showed genuine interest in this greeting.
Development of the basic rules
of work in group and definition of functions of each member of group. Purpose
of a task - creation of the atmosphere of cooperation between teachers.
Filling of a sticker with
answers to a question: "What do I know about Blum's Taxonomy?" and an
arrangement on the left side of the Tree of Knowledge. Purpose of task: tracking
of dynamics of knowledge of Blum's taxonomy.
Discussion of answers to
"A leaf of a solution". Purpose of a task – development by teachers
of the option of a solution, previously having discussed questions in group:
How you understand - that such "taxonomy"? What would help you to
answer the matter? What three main ways of the solution of this problem? What of
the chosen ways best and why?
Studying and gradation of the
theoretical material "Concept Taxonomy, Distinctive Features of Taxonomy
of Blum". Purpose of a task: to raise the level of knowledge of teachers
of Blum's taxonomy, systematization of the gained knowledge by gradation
"the closed questions – a low order, open questions – a high order, levels
of thinking and questions and tasks to each level, the levels of the
educational purposes and specific actions of pupils testifying to achievement
of this level".
Short
description of process of performance of a task. For systematization of the
studied material of the teacher allocated and issued key ideas in any form.
For comparison and the
analysis of the knowledge gained by means of the offered resources the
presentation "Blum's Taxonomy" with further discussion was also used:
Whether Blum's taxonomy in educational process is necessary? For what it is
necessary or on the contrary isn't necessary and why?
For practical application
parables for children from the textbook "Self-knowledge" for 4
classes were offered teachers: "Test of the teacher" of p. 78-79,
"Commitment to excellence" of p. 106-107. Teachers got acquainted
with texts and tried to make the classification of questions by taxonomy levels
applied to children in studying of these parables.
Despite long-term persistent
actions of teachers, in a circle of unresolved problems still there is an
insufficient level of motivation of pupils to perception of new information.
Scientific
novelty of a technique is that in essence it is adaptive to other subjects
of elementary school since except specific components contains the general,
such as work on development of independence in school students, increase of
competence of the teacher. The practical importance is reduced to that the
level of progress of pupils has positive dynamics and possesses growth
potential for the further period of training.
It is possible to draw a
conclusion that process of improvement of school education has to be carried
out in the way introduction to educational process of elements of the
innovative developing training directed on formation, first of all to the
active, creative person.
