THE PROGRAM OF
MODELING OF AN ADJUSTABLE CROSSROADS
Increase of a
management efficiency by transport streams on an adjustable crossroads is an
actual problem. Simulation modeling - a method of research and an estimation of
efficiency of systems, which behaviour depends on influence of random factors
[1].
Statement of a
problem. To develop the simulation model, allowing to model transport and foot
streams on an adjustable crossroads and to formalize it on the personal
computer.
The given system
should meet following requirements:
- To have an
opportunity of modelling of transport and foot streams, on an adjustable
crossroads;
- To have an
opportunity of definition of the best operating mode of a traffic light;
- To have an
opportunity of preservation of results of modelling in a database;
- To have an
opportunity of a conclusion of results of statistical experiment realized on
the personal computer;
- Processing
results of statistical experiment.
The general
description of model. The crossroads of roads (streets) with all in its
geometrical parameters, transport and foot streams at their interaction makes
complex mathematical model. We shall consider its basic characteristics:
- Passing a part of a direction has one or several k strips movements,
k=1,2, …, k;
- One transport and foot streams of directions j=1,2,3,4 arrived to
stop-line with intensity λ, form turns at
forbidding movement of steps (signals) of a traffic light. Other vehicles which
has arrived to stop-line at steps resolving movement of a traffic light, pass a
crossroads without a stop before it;
- The vehicles and the pedestrians who are being turn, at inclusion
of a resolving signal begin movement;
- At travel of a crossroads of the vehicles can change a direction
of movement - directly, on the left, to the right. If from a current strip
fulfilment of maneuver is impossible, there is an attempt of change of a lane;
- Vehicles and the pedestrians who are being during the moment of
change of the resolving step in a zone of a crossroads or outside of it at
stop-line, have time to cross a crossroads with performance of necessary maneuvers
at an intermediate (yellow) step;
- It is supposed, that in each direction to border of a crossroads-stop-line
there arrive transport streams. Thus the casual moments of time of occurrence
are distributed on exponential to the law. Occurrence occurs on the certain
distance from a crossroads. Movement of vehicles is carried out according to
model of movement.
The choice of a
direction of movement on a crossroads is carried out according to probabilities
specified by the user.
Initial parameters:
- Geometrical parameters of a crossroads;
- Intensity of transport streams;
- An operating mode of a traffic light;
- Are as a result of natural supervision for each concrete
crossroads separately, in view of local conditions.
Are generated by
means of generators of random numbers:
- Overall dimensions of vehicles;
- Features of drivers of vehicles;
- A direction of movement on a crossroads.
In the program the
microscopic model of movement of cars is used. For a basis the model of the
Intelligent Driver Model taken. The model is checked up on quality.
For system
engineering has been chosen Microsoft Visual C# and MySql.

classes is resulted in figure 1.

Results of the researches have allowed to draw conclusions.
1. The program formalizing work of an adjustable crossroads is developed.
2. The developed program allows to raise a management efficiency streams
on an adjustable crossroads
