CHILD'S PERSONALITY IN A MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Strategic approaches in education demands searching new organizational
forms, methods of education and upbringing. Due to this fact we need
preparation of teachers for innovational activity. Changes in the field of
education, which is defined in great deal by Balon's declaration, influenced
the contempt of education that aimed for preparation of independent, developed
individual, capable of creative work, self identification and maximum self -
pealization.
Modern transformation in society, economic reforms make high,
requirements to the educational system. The role and the importance of
education increase in this context. Essential task of education is preparation
of high qualified specialist, possessing profound knowledge, who is capable of
independently and actively acting, making decisions, flexibly adapting to
changeable conditions of life.
That's why it is important the
existence of a dialogue between teacher and a child, which is based on deep
learning of psychology of child's personality, respect and interest to his
individual characteristics. The main approach in the field of improvement and
modernization of educational process - oriented education that includes
education cooperation, technology of free upbringing.
In this case teacher treat a child
as, a subject of educational activity. Personality - oriented approach shifts
accents in understanding the results of education. Transition to personality -
priented teaching together, with fundamental knowledge must promote assessment
of competence, creativity, mobility, communication of specialists.
Most of teachers and psychologists
came to a conclusion that failure of most children is explained by absence of
account of his individual characteristics. The main position in education
cooperation is a concept of education which reflects the most important
tendency of this technology.
Teaching is build on principle of decentralization. The main principles
of this teaching: individual approach, responsibility for their own success,
cooperation.
Through this technology student becomes indeed
as a subject of learning process, self - possessing knowledge and cognitive
tasks. For this purpose it is necessary to develop not only his skills of
attentive comprehension of training Information, but autonomy doctrine,
acquirement of carrying out training exercises.
Students are interested in training, that they
can express original assumptions, provide arguments for their evidence.
Knowledge acquired in this way are stronger and form the basis of academic
research will be useful in future and will become the basis of subsequent university
education.
Analysis of scientific knowledge
about prospects for development of domestic and foreign education systems,
study of the experts outlook indicates that in third millennium exactly
personally developing educational systems will dominate in the global context.
Thus, leading trend of modern primary education focuses on mental and personal
development of children in learning process.
