Pedagogical management in the system of professional training of specialists

The notion of "management" firmly entered into the everyday life of various fields of knowledge. However, the essence and the value of this concept are largely determined by the specificity of the object of control. An important aspect of system management is the presence of feedback, which is one of the most important features of management. There are many definitions of "governance".

Management – the functions of the systems of different nature (biological, social, technical etc.) ensure the preservation of their specific structure, maintenance mode activities and the implementation of the program goals [1].

Management – the process of purposeful influence of the subject to the object, and change the last as a result of exposure [2].

The management is needed in order to create favorable external and internal circumstances – condition for effective joint activity of people.

Management is aimed at ensuring the objective and subjective conditions in such proportions and in such a combination that allows you to achieve your goals.

Any activity as a system of subject-object and subject-subject relations has the property of controllability, and, therefore, made with the help of management.

Management efficiency depends on the completeness and objectivity of the information received by the management subject on the basis of which makes the decision. The actions of the subject of management are the result of his literacy, competence and creativity. At the university the tasks of the subject are in most cases strategic, coordinating, control and preventive strategies [3].

Priority management functions include forecasting, coordination, monitoring, promotion and training.

Everybody of the participants of the educational process can be implementer of the managerial functions. This corresponds to one of the provisions of classical management that in complex hierarchical system the result is evaluated as a success can be achieved only if everybody runs at their level.

A new paradigm – subject management, coordination, discipline, internal relations, management on the basis of individual approach, of course, brought to life by socio-economic and political changes that have taken place in our society. Management requires a professional approach, which includes a management [3].

In the education system management deals with processes that have their own trajectory of movement and are implemented through domestic sources. The task of education managers at this stage is to make the right conditions, combine them in a targeted search, develop the ability to perceive this holistic process to ensure the development of each of the individual processes to be able to identify the contradictions underlying them, to find a way to remove them.

The model of pedagogical management consists of the following blocks: purpose, process, mechanism, system.

The purpose of the control is formed on the basis of possible impacts (interactions), which are determined by the set of interests and values, motivation of the subject and object of management. The goal of management makes it pedagogical.

Process control is dynamics control, which reflects the sequence of actions, the formation of effects (interactions) in space and time. The control process is associated with problems such as decision making, choice of technology, as well as with the specifics of management at different stages of the managed system (operation and development), the combination of positions of internal and external management.

The stages of pedagogical process management: purpose, content, technologies, forms of organization of process, outcome, feedback.

Milestone construction management process reflects the generalized pattern of its implementation. But in actual practice there are many variations of the construction management process when changing the sequence of stages and their interaction.

Knowledge of management process allows working off management technologies.

Aggregate of means that induce the subject and object to work together to implementation of the tasks is the management mechanism that determines the possibility of achieving goals through the consideration of socio-psychological, organizational and pedagogical aspects of management, differentiation and integration of management.

Psychologists consider that the factors of human activity include needs, motives, interests, values, socio-psychological installation, the incentives, concerns. All of this can be used as a means of influence. But this does not solve the problem completely. It is important not only to consider these factors in working with people, but also to know how to include these factors, that the impact was effective.

Mechanism of management is a set of impact means and methods of using, which defines the possibility and efficiency of management.

Management practice shows that mechanism of management can be formed in accordance with defined principles and aims, approaches and priorities.

The feature of the control mechanism is that it characterizes the impact means tend to change under the influence of different reasons.

The control mechanism determines a large part of the management style, and although the management style is often associated only with the personality of the manager, the management mechanism determines the possibility of the use of certain management techniques that characterize the manager's style.

Control system – the statics of management, reflects the totality of the links and elements through wich managerial influence (interaction) and connections between them are acted. The problem of creation of a control system is solved through a clear definition of subjects, objects, management functions, organization and management structure, and comes to the understanding of the problem of combining formal and informal control. The control system includes the nature of the relationship of subject and object of management, management style, determined by the nature of the relationship.
