Usage of social networks in communicative skills development at the early stages of Foreign Language learning

Due to development of the Internet society, the impact of issues of networks service is increasingly becoming actual in the development of the human personality. This problem is so multivariable and complex that there is no way to consider it in any detail of all aspects. Among the many global networks of Internet services, you can define a specific direction - social network.
At the present stage there is comprehensive mass adoption of social platforms in the learning process, therefore, the integration of social services and networks in education continues to be on the top of popularity.

Foreign language learning through social networks is one of the most important elements in teaching of foreign languages. According to the changing needs of society and technology improvements, we are constantly faced with the problem such as low interest of students to a foreign language, therefore, we must not only understand what are innovative technologies and social networks, but also to be able to use them at the lessons of foreign languages.

The need of foreign language learning at early stage of education is officially recognized. No one doubts the fact that the human intellect progresses most rapidly in childhood - from birth to 12 years. In the modern world common place of young people is the use of web technologies in organizational communication. In fact, we are dealing with a new means to establish a communications tool that allows you to organize communication. Optimal conditions for the development of speech in the language, both in native and foreign, are already before the maturation of the child, and the development goes along with the maturation - synchronously.  The approaching start learning a foreign language to the beginning of the development of the child leads to the fact that all are able to successful mastery of foreign languages, in contrast to adults.

Today the use of social media in the learning process is an effective means of increasing motivation and the quality of education, so, the usage of information and communication technologies is the most popular trend in the field of education. Today's students must be able to work with information, to subject it to critical evaluation and use it in accordance with the goals and objectives of its activities.

The most well-known platforms in Kazakhstan are "Vkontakte", "Odnoklassniki", "Twitter", “Facebook” and "Ìîé Ìèð". Identification and presence on these sites, relationships, communication, and group currency are the main principles of social platforms. In addition, we can identify the following advantages of the use of social space as a learning platform: a familiar environment, the ability to create learning content and collaboration, e-books, forums and chats.

Usage technology forums, webinars, wikis, and interactive multimedia presentations in virtual study groups eases learning of material, make it easy to build educational trajectories.

But in spite of these advantages and benefits of the use of social media in the educational process, there are a number of problems associated with the use of social networks.
As the problematic aspects of using social networks in education note can be the low level of motivation and ICT (Information and communication technology) competencies of teachers, not allowing them to use social media in their professional activity; a high degree of effort on the organization and support of the educational process in the conditions of continuous training for teachers; the frequent lack of open access to social networks from the classrooms of schools and universities; not valid for underage users content, so it is impossible to ensure information security of students and to prevent their familiarity with the content for "adults".

Also information technology brings into our lives not only new opportunities but also new challenges. Considering the fact that one of the priority directions of development of education in developed countries is the use of new information and communication technologies, question of educational culture becomes very important, directly connected with the main purpose of foreign language learning - learning throughout life. Formation of a new “educational culture” led to the new problems, among which are:

1. The plagiarism. Unfortunately, getting access to information resources, students aim to minimize their efforts and instead self-study essays, term papers and dissertations pass compilation of the thoughts of others.

2. Internet addiction. This is a problem with the aimless wandering in the Internet. Moreover, the lack of opportunity to exercise it leads to a deterioration of mood and depression. There are cases when as a result of depression caused by the rejection of the use of the Internet people were committing suicide and showed cruelty to their relatives. But there is no clinical data confirming that this phenomenon is a disease. However, it is possible to talk about such consequences of Internet addiction as a chronic lack of sleep, an unwise expenditure of family problems.

3. Decrease motivation in distance education. In research, Astleiner (Astleiner, H.) found that when using electronic forms of education pupils drop out of school in two times more than traditional forms of learning. The danger of formal approaches to distance learning was also observed in our study.

4. The problem of information quality. The Internet makes it easy to get information, but the question of its quality remains open. The goal of the developers of network resources can be different (for example, in the Internet there are sites for those wishing to commit suicide with a description of the "best" ways of death). In areas of strong competition site designers can be interested in concealing knowledge or publication of false information. In this case, Internet information resources become a source of confusion, the formation of misconceptions. [1; 26]

As we can see, the spontaneous formation of culture has a number of significant short comings and, most importantly, it does not provide conditions for the effective use of the Internet in education.
The solution of these problems is possible by increasing the ICT (Information and communication technology)  competences of teachers in the frames of professional development programs; further research of the pedagogical possibilities of social networks; developing and testing effective methods of their application in the educational space; material and moral incentives for teachers through competitions of methodological developments and the use of social resources of the Internet in education.

Due to the fact that in the early stages of learning a foreign language from birth to 12 years students are well developed qualities such as memory, imagination, visualization, and memory "by ear" learning a foreign language in a social network can be used as a technique of memorization of certain words and expressions. The results of the experiment between traditional methods of teaching and learning in social networks has shown that the Foundation in the English language is best carried out by a conventional method and social network to use as little as possible just to more memorization of individual words by the method of Association.

In the context of rapid advances in information technology, in the future the power of social networks will only increase. From this it follows that on the basis of the social network will be able to create a simple community for communication and exchange of information, as a kind of virtual group, where each participant will be trained as and when it is convenient.

Of course, social networks are not the primary means of network learning, but their ability to solve educational problems today are underestimated by the professional community.
