EXAMPLES OF TYPICAL TRANSITIONAL MATERIAL AND JUDICIAL MATERIAL ARTEFACTS AND АRCHETYPES OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND CULTURE

For further researches of becoming and development of Ukrainian legal consciousness as typically national, after the conducted researches [1-11] it is especially important to know properties of typical transitional material and judicial material artefacts and archetypes which straight to the transitional state of modern Ukrainian incomplete, deviating legal consciousness. By the most prime example of old transitional material artefact of legal consciousness of culture which becomes a spiritual artefact there is any symbol or equivalent of flag and flag with corresponding on him symbolic signs or real letters and utterances, symbols of power, later state and state symbolics.
