Annotation: In this article attention is paid on necessity in understanding of teacher himself as an active modify objective and social reality as a constructor of the world.

Key words: professional activity, emotional condition, mental processes, mental conditions, conditions of emotional burnout, autosuggestion.

Professional activity of any person paired with a different kind of stress, fear, anxiety, worries, and feelings of all kinds. This is due primarily to the fact that in conditions of market economy and stiff competition to the professional activity of teachers of high requirements. Therefore, the question about the mental health of the teacher and his emotional state rises to the fore.

Many scientists (Vodopyanova N.E., Grishina N.V, Ilyin E.P., LevitovN.D. and others) believe that mental health is characteristic of human mental activity, manifested in the original stages of mental processes, depending on classified items and the phenomenon of reality.

N.D. Levitov revealing the essence of this definition says that every mental state is something integral, kind of a syndrome. For example, a condition called struggle of motives, usually considered in the strong-willed and processes, but contains significant cognitive and emotional elements, and they all form a coherent structure. Very important for the mental state is that for some time characterizes the mental activity, which stresses unique and typical traits [1,81].

E.P Ilyinlinked any mental condition to the physiological structure of the human (either it is caused by a physiological process, or it will contribute to the emergence of certain physiological processes). Experiences, in his opinion, are a leader in diagnostic of condition. It is experience (apathy, fear, disgust, insecurity, etc.) that allows judging objectively the occurrence of human psychophysiological states [2].

Anxious feeling, depending on the mental structure of the personality, experience and relationships with others may acquire meaning as anxiety and fear. A person in the state of unaccountable indefinite anxiety, anxious, and if he is afraid of certain objects or ideas, more often he feels fear. But fear can be seen as an expression of anxiety in particular, objectified form, if not proportional hazard anticipation and anxiety takes a prolonged duration. In some cases, fear is a kind of valve to release by the underlying anxiety, like lava flowing from the crater of the volcano. If a person begins to fear the very fact of fear, there is a person on high, often exorbitant levels of anxiety, because he is afraid of what might even indirectly threaten the life and prosperity[3].

State of fatigue is peculiar and typical to distinguish it from the opposite state of vigor and efficiency. Fatigue - is a temporary condition that is accompanied by the subjective feeling of fatigue and expressed the feelings of lethargy, weakness, feeling of physiological discomfort, loss of interest in work and others. One has to distinguish between intellectual and physical fatigue. Depending on the intensity and location of loads during activities of human fatigue can be acute or chronic, so after a long rest and fatigue is reduced optimal working condition. However, teacher's degree of adaptability to the physical, psychological overload and its inherent possibilities of overcoming them are an indication of measures his/her professional preparedness. Found that the least prone to stress are balanced people, convinced that the source of power that is required for success, imprisoned in his own abilities and capabilities, not in external circumstances, i.e. focused on internal locus of control.

The main features of mental stress can be summarized as follows: stress is a state of the body, the origin of which implies a certain interaction between organism and environment, stress is a state of heightened tension, mental stress occurs under threat and there is a time when the normal adaptive response is inadequate. Condition, which a century ago was an important protective mechanism in the modern world has become a major source of disease [2].

The ability of teachers to suggestion is widely used in mental auto regulation: through autosuggestion, meditation can change own mental and physiological state. Mental images are updated at random, can have the same effect as the real objects. Man is able to fully concentrate on a particular image or idea, discussing silently, because the human's mind is dialogic even in private with ourselves we are engaged in social interaction. Inner world is dynamic, it is susceptible to various recombinations, and the images of the imagination can oppose the image of the real world [5, 57].

Possession of skills and habits of auto regulation, relaxation and positive inner speech, reduces the level of stress leading to burnout. Research has shown that defensive behavior, especially passive - the least effective strategy for coping with stress to maintain mental and physical health in social and psychological terms. Less aggressive people overcome life challenges with fewer adverse effects and avoid depression. A person who has had a psychic trauma and has not brought out emotions in words and actions, bad feelings are displaced from consciousness, but may occur in neurotic and physiologic disorders. Getting rid of this condition may rebound in memory, awareness of repressed emotions. The release and the expression "aggrieved" emotions can be done with the retelling, which prevents traumatic experience of a painful force[3].

Professional development and self-improvement is a way of protection conditions of emotional burnout (CEB).

Exchange of professional information with representatives of other departments provides sense of broader world than the one that exists inside one team. You can use a nice emotional communication (when a person examines his feelings and share them with others, the possibility of burnout is greatly reduced, or this process occurs to be not so expressed).

Our whole interior life is connected with the internal processes of introspection and autosuggestion. These processes can be constructive and destructive, so we need to block the negative factors used only to positive autosuggestion. Implementing the image of one or other image of deep rhythmic breathing, and it is sure to change somewhat. Mental images of good and evil, happiness, health and illness which are created by us also have a real effect. We must learn to overcome an inadequate response to their surroundings. Disharmony of our inner world is closely related to the physical condition. The purer our thoughts are and the more love we feel for all living things, the higher the immune potential of our "ego", and the more we irritability, troubled thoughts, the more problems we have with health [5].

Therefore, you should to determine short-term and long-term goals it is not only provides feedback, indicating that we're on the right track, but increases the long-term motivation; achieving short-term goals is a success, which increases the degree of self-education. You must provide care from unnecessary competition (there are situations when it is impossible to avoid, but an excessive desire to win generates anxiety, makes people aggressive, which contributes to the appearance of CEB). Do not try to be the best, always and everywhere. In any negative emotional overcoming it is important to realize their feelings, needs, and desire to master the socio accept the forms of manifestation of his emotions, to remove the emotional stress.

There are three basic ways to successfully combat negative mental states, as well as to manage the events which cause them [6, 79].

1. To solve its problem. In this case it is necessary to clearly formulate the specific problem, review the available options and choose one of the options as a solution. There is evidence that those who solve their problems are more satisfied with them and feel themselves masters of their own lives.

2. To change the attitude to the problem. For example, you can look for trouble as the method of hardening of nature. Sometimes it is possible to find funny side in stressful situations.

3.To submit with the presence of problems, but try to reduce the impact caused by its status on your body. It is useful to take time out and relax a bit when one is upset. This method is especially effective if the problem is impossible neither pass it no solve it.
