Responsibility in the vocational training system of the future bachelor

 

Annotation: In the article we consider necessity of forming of responsibility as an important part of professional orientation of future bachelor.

Key words: professional training, modern globalization, requirement of self-realization, self-actualization, responsibility.

 

There have been important changes associated with the complex processes of updates, the formation of new principles of social order, structures and valuesin the modern societyover the past decade, leading to the integration of material and spiritual, science and culture. In general, it has changed the life and consciousness of the people. For a long time humanity existed separately and only in the last years it has turned into a uniquecommunity. This has resulted in the emergence of a specific socio-historical phenomenon-globality. Impulses of this phenomenon lie in the new deep and expanding ties, primarily cultural, economic, political, religious and other.

         V.L. Inozemtsev represents contemporary globalization as a process of transformation of the regional socio-economic systems, have already achieved a high degree of interdependence, in a worldwide system evolving on the basis of relatively uniform regularity» [2]. While M.V. Ilyin defines globalization as the formation of a single world - integral and by its general contours, and the sweat inside the interconnectedness of their interlinked components» [3].

         But before to get on the path to a common humanity, should define its place in the world civilization, to solve their own domestic problems and to take a worthy place. Crisis lived out of our country and society in general, is aggravated by the lack of a clear vision and understanding of the status and prospects, the lack of clearly defined objectives, ways, means and methods to achieve the majority of citizens.

         It seems to be quite topical opinion ofS.L. Frank, that such a state of crisis in life, «whether it is the life of the individual or a society and humanity» can be overcome in the following way: «When a person is confused and ended up in a deadlock, he should not continue to go on the off-chance, relying only on the immediate environment; he must stop, go back, to think, to re-orientate in general, look at the mind's eye all the space on which passes his way. When a person already knows what he has to start and where to go, he should...to think over what he actually seeks...» [5; 16-17].

         Philosopher believed that thus can be purchased as a positive belief in God and an understanding of the real goals and objectives of human existence. Direct meaning of human existence can be realized within the boundaries and cooperation, and preserving the independence of the individual.

         À.H. Maslow recommends see the inner essence of our being, not as a source of metaphysical darkness or disease, and as a source of health and spring creativity of human, not inhibit, and rather listen to the signals coming from the internal essence. Maslow argued: «If you are intentionally trying to be something less than you can be, then I warn you that your life will be deeply unfortunate [4, 156].

Roja-Yoga believes that «in our human personality hidden higher and more powerful force than those frequent episodes of them, which are known to us, as our consciousness, will and mind» [4, 66]. Spiritual practices of the world's religions have used these forces, hidden inside a person, but it was never a mass phenomenon, but always individual. A person must perceive the world in a multidimensional and multi-dimensional. He alone cannot change the world. But in their personal evolution he must and will change the angle of view on the world. After all progress in the way of life of the whole of society and relations between its members largely determined by the variety of activities available in the work and behavior of the people. But whatever the scope of human life we choose, everywhere, found that the necessity of self-realization, achieve maximum fullness of life depends on the active, purposeful and responsible actions of a person.

The corporate form of organization of labor, contract, lease, personal activities create a new psychological situation in which each person has the opportunity to directly monitor the progress of its work, from goal setting to obtain the final result. It provides, on the one hand, labor efficiency, and with another - more complete implementation of the physical and spiritual abilities of the individual, itsself-actualization. That is why the most important of future bachelors in the shaping of knowledge and skills in its pure form, and awareness of each student itself as an active converts a substantive and social reality, responsible beginning, as the builder of the world.

         Responsibility as an essential component of professional orientation is formed together with the development of the individual as a whole and is closely linked with other features. The role leading the means of establishing the responsibility of the student youth belongs to the educational and scientific-social activities. These activities contribute to the strengthening of the relations of the higher school of life, bridging the gap between theory and practice, between the beliefs of the students and their actions. However, it should be noted that the formation of the responsibility is, first of all, the formation of motives that determine the moral orientation of the personality [8, 273].

         No without reason M.M. Bakhtin wrote: «For all I have experienced and understood in the art, I have to answer that everything experienced and understood would not left in it of no effect. But with the responsibility is connected reason. Life and art should not bear only mutual responsibility but also the reason for each other.The poet must remember that the vulgar prose of life his poetry’s fault, and people life should know that infertility art his sample’s fault tastes and lightness of his life issues»[1, 8].

         Patriotic psychologists' researches allow assert acquires a truly moral value and generates the identity of the required moral properties when it is voluntary and it is motivated by moral motives. L.I. Bozhovich notes that the structure of resistant forms of personality, is not only become habitual behavior, but conditioned its relationship to reality, that is, a certain system of its motives. It is obvious that only by forming the students' strong moral motives of their work; we can make a sustainable and responsible, turning it into a developed personality trait.       

That is why the problem of personal responsibility is coming to the fore today.

Responsibility cannot be formed without:

Ø     mastering the culture of thinking, the ability to generalize, analysis, information perception, goal setting and choice of ways to achieve it;

Ø     implementations of the main provisions and methods of social, humanitarian and other sciences in solving professional tasks;

Ø     aspirations for self-development, improve their skills and expertise;

Ø     awareness of social significance of their future profession mastering high motivation to carry out professional activity;

Ø     readiness for cooperation with colleagues, to work in a team;

Ø     ability to analyze the socially significant problems and processes;

Ø     readiness to social interaction of moral and legal norms on the basis of the adopted in society, showing respect for people, tolerance for another culture, to be prepared to take responsibility for the maintenance of partnerships, trust relations and others [7, 57].

The obtained data testify to insufficient clear understanding of 53.7% of the students such an important personality traits as «responsibility» in the execution of educational and other activities and significant differences in the assessment of the manifestations of this quality between the valuation of others and itself [8, 274].

Exploring responsibility as a mental trait, remember that it depends on all the other qualities of the person and can only be understood in this connection, the allocation of responsibility, the study of this property is only necessary degree of abstraction, no any research study can do without it.

The formation of the responsibility opens new horizons of personality not only in Russian Society but in the world as a whole.
