TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF TRC SENSORS OF AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEM COMPLEX
We considered in the preceding
article a monitroing system
that can be used in the industry. I.e., we considered a system for monitoring industrial facilities. Using these
systems we can measure the temperature and
humidity room. In this article, we want to draw attention to the implementation
of software and hardware complex of automated control systems and energy
accounting simulation using TRC sensors. The complex of automated control system and energy accounting simulation can be applied in educational laboratories.
In implementing such software and
hardware complex of automated control system simulation and calculation of
energy resources can be used resistors TCM as a sensor. Ie based on resistors
sensors react to light, temperature or pressure. Most of them are included as
part of a voltage divider, which varies depending on the resistor changes under
the influence of external factors (Figure 1). Resistance decreases and
increases due to temperature. [1]

Resistors are
elements of electronics and can be used as discrete components or as components
of integrated circuits. They are intended to control and redistribution of
electrical energy between the circuit elements. The principle of operation is
based on the use of resistors properties of materials to resist the flow
through the electric current. Resistors feature is that the electrical energy
is converted therein into heat which is dissipated into the environment. By
appointment discrete resistors are divided into general-purpose,
high-precision, high-frequency, high-voltage and high-impedance resistors.
To connect of resistors to the
transmitter and used auto-AC converters as power supply devices, output
currents from 0 mA to 4 mA and 4-5 mA to 20 mA.
Resistance thermometers (RT)
are usually used to control the temperature in the sensor. The principle of
operation of these sensors is based on the existence of a number of metals
reproducible and stable resistances depending on the temperature [2].
The article describes the some
aspects of the design and implementation of simulation models, in particular of
such models, which replace the original object at its input and output signals:
signal control elements of technological equipment and sensor signals,
reflecting changes in process parameters.
The proposed method of using
simulation in solving technical problems of automation of complex objects
allows for the development of control systems, regardless of the degree of
readiness of physical objects.
