a great scientist, who awoke the nation’s consciousness
In
1911 A.Baytursynov wrote a compilation “Masa” in order to save the kazakh
nation and gave impetus to fight for
this purpose.
It
is an indispensable book that gives willpower to that person who promotes
bright dream of our ancestors.
“If the person can’t give anything to his nation,
he will never be forgiven” said A. Baytursynov in his work “ Àó
қàçàқ” (Au kazak)

In
1905-1907 A.Baytursynov gave people willpower who rebelled against the oppression of the Russian
Empire. And wrote about it in his work “Au kazak”:

By these lines Baitursynov wanted to say that
the force that frees us from the
colonial yoke is to pique people.
Indian
famous poet P.Tagor said: “Ylt ozindegi
en tauirdin… barine ortak bolatyn igilikke aunaldyruga mindetti” and
A.Baytursynov agreed with him:

must know thoroughly all the vital heritage of nomads and must know that in the world's history there will be
prosperity and update, people should not gaze at the past days, and live in a
new world.

Baytursynov
wanted the kazakh nation not to keep pace with life
He
did not want the people to fall back of the time and to live as before without
culture and science. As A.baytursunov said: “Îқóñûç
õàëûқ... áàé áîëñà äà, .. êåé³í îíûң áàéëûғû ...
өíåðë³í³ң қîëûíà êөøïåêø³” ( the nation cannot be
rich if it is not educated!), he wanted
people to pay their attentaion to the situation which was happening
around them, to improve their knowledge, wanted them to master the art and to
use it.
A.Baytursynov
showed the difficult position of the Kazakh people in the field of culture and
science in the early 20th century. The future generations should know that he
is a founder of many scientific discoveries and he opened Kazakh people’s eyes.
