эксплуатации и сноса).
Information
modeling of buildings (BIM) - the process of collective creation and use of
information about the construction, forming a reliable basis for all decisions
over the lifetime of the object (from the early concepts to detailed
engineering, construction, operation and demolition).
Nowadays,
construction organizations need to improve the efficiency and profitability of
their business. The international architectural and construction sector
effectively used the latest technology of information modeling (BIM), the
construction carried in 3D-modeling.
Information modeling of buildings and structures - a
process that allows for functional 3D models and engineering systems
(ventilation, water, electricity heating, etc.), as well as facilitate
cooperation and exchange of information among architects, designers and
contractors and other participants in the project to perfect level.
Effective collaboration - one of the main factors,
which makes it possible to implement the Optimal BIM projects, so the problems
of cooperation and collaboration, information sharing and compatibility with
BFC and IFC standards are becoming more popular.

These processes make it possible to reduce the time required for the
examination, ensure multifactorial study plan, do a visual and convenient for

urgency of the implementation of BIM technology in our country is huge. With
its use of much reduced design of the building as possible, increases the
effectiveness of operation of the finished building, and more. For example, in
the UK in 2016 the use of BIM-tehnology - an essential requirement for the
state order [3].
A
special legal framework that supports the use of BIM developed in the United
States. Actively promote the implementation of BIM Finland, Norway, the
Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, France, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong. In
all the above countries have a definite state program: at the state level or at
the level of individual ministries, some large government customers. First of
all this activity is important for the sector construction projects through
public investment.
Progress does not stand still, the market economy, we
set the other terms and conditions. Although at this time count on the future,
laying the budget for the construction of objects, but when it comes time to
sign the contract, the amount of pre-installed, which was planned three, four
years ago. And the prices have changed considerably in the meantime. In
general, the results of ongoing complex works aimed at the improvement and
modernization of the public procurement contract construction, improving the
quality of facilities, to meet the needs of our citizens.
