Information modeling of buildings and structures - a process that allows for functional 3D models and engineering systems (ventilation, water, electricity heating, etc.), as well as facilitate cooperation and exchange of information among architects, designers and contractors and other participants in the project to perfect level.

Actively promote the implementation of BIM Finland, Norway, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, France, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong. In all the above countries have a definite state program: at the state level or at the level of individual ministries, some large government customers. First of all this activity is important for the sector construction projects through public investment.
