"The influence of ceramic prostheses, building on endosseous implants indicators biopotentials mouth"

The ultimate goal of prosthetic patients with complete loss of teeth is to restore the dental system is functionally and aesthetically, as well as the need to achieve stable fixation and stabilization of the prosthesis.

     Among the unresolved issues before the end of Prosthodontics is the problem of improving the fixation and stabilization of dentures. It is especially difficult to achieve satisfactory results in atrophy of the alveolar process, unfavorable anatomic and topographic conditions related to the lack of necessary volume of the alveolar process, which greatly hampers full removable denture prostheses.

At the present stage of development of orthopedic implant dentistry clinical application prevails over the traditional prosthesis. In most cases, intra osseous implants are made of titanium. Although there are generally understandings of biocompatibility of titanium, we cannot exclude the development of adverse electrochemical processes using some dental alloys in titanium prostheses on implants.

In the mouth, metallic implants come in electrochemical reaction, and as a result, alter the bioelectric potentials of the mouth. The major problem is the compatibility of existing oral cavity metal alloys of different chemical composition. In modern literature not as described assessment implants with different materials, as well as various types of coverage criteria are not clearly justified repair processes, tactics dentists syndrome incompatibility.

The purpose of this study is to examine the biopotential titanium implants - dentures, their influence on the process of adaptation after prosthesis on dental implants.

To conduct this study was selected 42 patients aged 23-40 years. Selecting patients included general condition, moved and comorbidities. The group studies have not excluded patients with severe somatic diseases such as diabetes, rheumatism, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, generalized form of periodontitis and fractured jaw in history. For the observations were allocated 2 groups. In one group of observations include patients who after dental implants installed cermet dentures from cobalt-chromium alloy (KHS). One group consisted of 23 people. Group 2 - 19 people, which in prosthetics were made without metal ceramic dentures with implant supported. Each group was allocated to 2 groups at: subgroup A - without preparation "Erbisol" subgroup B - patients after fixation is not removable design every day / m in the gluteal muscle injected drug "Erbisol" 1 ml for 10 days. Patients 1 and 2 groups according to their clinical and anamnestic data were similar.

Also examined 15 healthy individuals (normal) who suffered from dental pathology in the control group. Orthodontic treatment was performed by the method of implantation 2hetapnoyu endosalnymy screw implants "Uimpl" followed by various non-removable prosthetic designs.

In the studies, we used the drug "Erbisol"-immunomodulator, adaptogen and raparant. This product contains low "signal" fragments of membrane glycoproteins that act as "markers of the physiological state of cells" that pathological disorders of homeostasis activating natural evolutionary-formed regulatory body systems, including the immune system. Preparations class "Erbisol" affect only the unbalanced system, affected organs, tissues and cells and are almost indifferent to a healthy body without causing adverse reactions.

Analysis of bioelectric potentials mouth showed that up to 1 month after prosthesis observations in all study groups the changes were statistically insignificant nature in relation to the control.

Up to 2 months of observation biopotential mouth increased in all groups of observations, but is most pronounced in group 1. For example, in one group A subgroups (metal-ceramic prostheses used, but patients did not conduct therapy Erbisol) values ​​were biopotential (194,0 ± 4,0) ml / volt, which is 23% higher than the control, and the subgroup B - (188 , 0 ± 5,5) ml / volt, which was 19.7% above normal.

By 4 months of observation values ​​bioelectric potentials in group 1 remained at a high level relative to control values ​​in group 2 biopotential oral acquire statistically insignificant nature in relation to the control.

In subsequent observation time (5-6 months) indicators biopotential mouth in all study groups approached the control.

After fixation with fixed prostheses based on titanium implants an increase bipotentsialiv mouth in all study groups, and their normalization can be considered as an indicator of adaptation processes of the body. Faster normalization of bioelectric potentials observed using light metal ceramic prostheses (3-4 months). Use of immunomodulators "Erbisol" can shorten adaptation in all groups of observations.
